Fantastic experience: We recently had infinity events and decor coordinate our wedding at the avenue room In Saskatoon. We could not be happier with our decision to work with infinity events and decor. They were easy to communicate with, and took the time and asked questions to understand our vision for the decor, and provided experienced suggestions. The day of the wedding went so smoothly in large part because of the prompt and efficient service provided. Everything was setup beautifully and exactly how we had envisioned. The staff paid attention to every little detail and were efficient with the initial setup, ceremony to reception switch over, and end of the night cleanup and packing. The amount of work they do really does relieve a whole lot of stress from the wedding Day. We would recommend infinity events and decor for value and quality of service to anyone planning an event.

Positive experience: It was easy to make an appointment and rent my items. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication on their end. I was told when I rented there would be a receipt emailed to me with pickup and drop off instructions. After a few days I had to email to ask for the information and was only emailed the receipt. I had to email a second time for the instructions. Then when I went to drop off, I followed all the instructions that were given, and no one was answering the phone, front door was locked, and open sign was off. I left a message, which I received a call back not too long after, but I was already on my way back to work. The employee that spoke to me almost sounded accusatory like I hadn’t done due diligence to ensure there was someone there. I don’t foresee needing any rentals in the future, but this was enough to make me hesitate to use this company again.

Fantastic experience: Caroline was absolutely amazing as our officiant; it’s no surprise she has such glowing reviews. She was beyond prepared, with every piece of documentation organized ahead of time in a shared Google Drive and a clear checklist for us to follow. She even thought of small but important details we never would have considered, like where each family should sit for the best view during the ceremony, and she created a smooth layout for the order of entrances. We chose the customizable package and were blown away by how many options there were and how beautifully Caroline blended them together into a perfect, personalized ceremony. She was always responsive to questions and proactive in following up to make sure everything was ready. I would recommend Caroline to any couple, she made our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Fantastic experience: We hired Infinity Event and Decor for our wedding decorations, the day of coordination service, and wedding commissioner service. We had the pleasure of working with Cody, Colleen, and Roxanne. From the first meeting with Cody and Colleen to discuss what our dream wedding would look like, they provided us details and ensured that our dream wedding would become a reality. We had so much fun picking wedding decor - there was nothing that we could bring to the table that they weren't able to accommodate and provide. Roxanne brought her decor knowledge and expertise and made this process so smooth. They had great recommendations to ensure no detail was missed. We cannot recommend enough that if you are getting married, you NEED to have the Day of Coordination Package!! This was a total lifesaver and took all of the stress out of our wedding day so we could actually enjoy our day. Colleen made sure that every detail was discussed and her and team did an amazing job of setting up and completing the room flip in a timely manner. The entire day from set up to tear down was completely looked after, we didn't have to worry about a single thing! We used Cody for our marriage commissioner. He was so fun and professional to work with throughout the process. He ensured that our nerves were settled and everyone knew where to be and when. He was excellent in putting those beautiful personal touches into our marriage ceremony. Fantastic experience: My husband and I had our wedding this past weekend. We chose Infinity to help with coordinating the day’s events, decorating, and doing our florals. Oh my gosh, the venue was stunning. It was better than anything I had planned in my head, it was such a beautiful surprise walking into the ceremony and reception. We both had to take a step back just to admire everything. I couldn’t recommend Infinity enough, deciding to work with them was the easiest decision I made. They were so easy to work with from start to finish and made me feel confident that everything was going to be beautiful and they definitely delivered. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it. It made the day so much more seamless and Sheldon was awesome! Him and his team made the clean up process so easy at the end of the night as well. The florals were the most beautiful I have ever seen. Our bouquets and boutonnières were perfect, and the florals made the ceremony and reception space look amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with, thank you guys so much!!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin with Cody, Colleen, and the Infinity team?! My husband and I came to them in crisis mode when trying to plan our wedding just over a week before our big day. They were able to jump in full force and truly make a wedding happen for us and exceed any expectation we had. Amazing people/company and wish I could give them 1000/5 stars. Truly blessed for everything they were able to do for us in such a short amount of time.

Fantastic experience: Cody and Colleen saved our wedding. We had the unfortunate circumstance of a venue canceling on us because renovations didn’t go as scheduled. With us being given a months notice our wedding couldn’t happen at the venue. We were told they won’t assist us any further other than finding a location to do our wedding. With a week before our wedding, a friend suggested Infinity as a wedding coordinator and decor. Cody and Colleen fit us into their already packed schedule and surpassed every expectation we had. They sat us down for a 3 hour meeting and made a plan with us. Our wedding was beautiful and organized because of Infinity. Day of the wedding, Cody personally took charge. His professional and direction was what we needed to make the day special and fun for our guests! Thank you Cody and Colleen!

Fantastic experience: Infinity Events was absolutely amazing to work with. We are so grateful for Cody, Colleen, Roxanne, and everyone else at Infinity. They made the entire planning process so easy and stress free. We came to them with a set budget for our micro wedding, and they went above and beyond to make it incredible. It was a dream to get married at my in laws acreage, and they made everything look so magical. From the arch to the aisle setup, every detail was perfect. Cody also did a phenomenal job officiating our wedding. He even came out the day before, in the rain, to walk us through a rehearsal, and it meant so much that he stayed to chat and put us at ease. He was so thorough and truly made my husband and me feel cared for. We’ve already had so many people ask who we hired, and we can’t recommend Cody, Colleen, and their team enough. Fantastic experience: Ceremony and venue for reception was absolutely amazing, fairy tale wedding, top notch, everyone was in Awhh for the details all the decor the effort that Cody and his team went above and beyond. To say the least it didn’t stop there Cody made everything come together ceremony our bridal party the guests the vendors working he was taking care of it all making our day perfect the most amazing day of my life. Everyone is still talking about the wedding they never seen this in their life and said probably never again! Cody you are amazing the most sincere person we ever met everyone talked about you and noticed the hard work you were doing to make our day ours and special. Not one mishaps from beginning to end and the take down the next day having everything ready to just take out thank you so much! Wish I had my pictures of the decor but waiting for them I would have posted them so everyone could see just how amazing it was! Fantastic experience: Infinity events and decor was amazing and I’d highly recommend them! We not only rented from them but we also used their wedding coordination package which we weren’t planning on doing in the first place but so thankful we did! They were lovely to work with; setting up and taking down everything for both my ceremony and reception. Everything looked beautiful and it made the day flow so nicely with them helping us get down the aisle to having a perfectly set up reception hall to spend the rest of the day in!

Fantastic experience: A little late in posting this. I married my beautiful wife August 13th of this year and Infinity were absolutely amazing. Everything I would expect from this kind of company. Organization was second to none. They worked with us very closely and met every need and want. On our wedding day they were all present and it felt like they were family members always there to assure us and guide to what's next. I would not want any other company at my wedding. Just one question! Can you organize my funeral please? I know you guys would do a great job at sending me off! Lol. Outstanding job guys.

We left our vision in their hands, and we got exactly what we wanted. Those who attended were so impressed with the entire setup. Communication leading up to the event was great, and the entire team was wonderful during set up and take down. For a corporate event, this team completely eased the stress. 10/10 recommend them for any level of event. Thank you Colleen, Cody, and the Infinity team for everything!

Fantastic experience: Full disclosure, I did not attend the business to pick up or drop off the order but I did deal with the very competent and knowledgeable staff over the phone and virtually. The arch was perfect, sturdy, and super easy to dismantle after the service. The instructions were clear and the process was all very smooth. A special thank you to Roxanne for your assistance with everything.

Fantastic experience: Infinity provided us with day of coordination (ceremony to reception switch over and end of night takedown) and florals. The entire team was awesome to work with! Kelsi met with us twice and took down every detail, she even caught a few details we had missed! It was great to have a pro on our team to ensure the day was perfect! The ceremony to reception switch over was executed perfectly, exactly how I had envisioned it! My favourite part was that they didn’t need to call me during the switch over, it brought so much ease to the busy day! The takedown team were fast and efficient, it was incredible to not have to do the clean up the night of! They provided our ceremony florals as well, we only gave them 3 weeks notice for florals so I wasn’t expecting perfection but they made us florals that exceeded all expectations and dreams! Seriously, walking down the aisle all I could do was be in awe of the florals (and my handsome husband haha)! The floral service was amazing as there was no minimum spend and their prices are extremely fair! We also rented plates from them and not having to wash them or pay someone to wash them was amazing! Highly recommend renting plates and cutlery from them. Overall, I highly recommend Kelsi, Colleen and the entire team at infinity!

Fantastic experience: If I could give infinity a rating higher than 5 I would. Easily the best part of our day, they made everything perfect & I had 0 stress the day of my wedding thanks to their team! Highly recommend the full package, rentals with set up and take down to save time and money!

Fantastic experience: I used Infinity to help me plan and organize a surprise event for a good friend. They were professional, detailed and definitely hard working. Would highly recommend using them for your next event! They also have beautiful decor for rent which was a great addition!

Negative experience: Working with a wedding planner was supposed to relieve the pressure of planning a wedding. This was not the experience we had. Multiple mistakes were made throughout the process and on the day of the wedding including wrong flowers, and messing up the whole seating chart to name a few. Throughout the whole process we were told to “trust Infinity” as they are the “experts”. You need to build trust and that was not done. I would not recommend infinity events for anyone looking for a wedding planner.

Negative experience: There is so much I can say about why my experience with Infinity Events was poor. However, the main reasons I would not suggest this company for anyone planning a wedding are the following: - Half way through planning our wedding our wedding planner quit, and we had to plan the entire wedding from scratch with a new wedding planner. This caused multiple details to be missed because the owner did not transfer information over to the new planner efficiently. At the end of the wedding, the owner said that "Infinity is operating at a significant loss on your wedding for the time put in." However, this is due to them spending double the amount of time planning our wedding because we had 2 different wedding planners. Plus, their wedding planners were not efficient and we had to go over details multiple times, and even though we went over the details so many times, they were still all wrong the day of the wedding. - 2 weeks before our wedding my husband and I found a HUGE mistake in the flower order during our details meeting with the planner. The planner told us we may not be able to get all the flowers that we thought we were getting for MONTHS. The owner proceeded to call me a week before our wedding and gaslight me into thinking I didn't ask for certain flower details until I was in tears over the phone. Then she proceeded to try and get my husband and I against each other by telling me my husband agrees with her and not me, which according to my husband never happened. We were charged over $2,000 extra for their mistake and the flowers STILL SHOWED UP WRONG the day of our wedding. - The morning of the wedding I stressed once again to our planner that the seating chart was THE MOST IMPORTANT aspect for them to execute properly. My husband and I spent hours figuring out where everyone was going to sit only to find out during our grand entrance (which Infinity staff were suppose to organize and LEFT before it happened) that my Husband's family was in the back of the room with his mom, dad, brothers and sisters. They even had couples separated at different tables which I have NO IDEA how this would have happened with the chart we provided them. There are a hundred small details that were very frustrating, and I can honestly say I wish we never went with them as planners because they are the only reason I had stress on my wedding day and the entire wedding planning process. From sending out wedding invites with no attachment more than once, to spelling everyones name wrong on our table chart even though we provided them with the correct spelling. The list is endless. I suggest taking your business somewhere else if you want a stress free wedding.

Fantastic experience: Colleen and the staff at infinity made the day of my wedding party run so smoothly. Best money I could have spent. They are very professional and very good at what they do. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Infinity recently handled our wedding and we were over the top with our experience. From the start, they were keen to listen to what we were looking for and provide a number of ideas and ways to totally fulfill our plans. We ended up giving them a lot of creative freedom and we wouldnt have done it any other way. The team was quick to respond to calls and emails, even when we wanted to make some last minute changes; they delivered. During our wedding, the day of coordinator handled everything; making sure our other vendors were on site and prepared for the day, we didnt have to lift a finger. Looking back, this was worth every penny. As small as it may seem, when we had to pick up a couple items a few days after our wedding, they helped load our vehicle and made sure everything was packed securely to make sure nothing got damaged while we drove back to our home. The level of customer service and clear examples of experience in their field has set the bar very high. This was truly a 5 star experience.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't imagine our wedding day without Infinity! They were able to help make everything run smooth from start to finish. Right from the planning process - picking out rentals, to coordinating the ceremony and then moving everything to the venue making sure it looked perfect. It was seriously the best thing! Couldn't speak more highly of them!

Fantastic experience: We couldn’t have asked for anything better from the infinity team. They made our day run so smoothly and the room was absolutely beautiful. The day was totally stress free because of their ability to look after things down to every little detail. We received so many compliments from our family on the coordination of the day and how good the room looked. Several of the staff at the Bess said that was the most beautiful they had ever seen the room look. We would highly recommend the infinity team for decor and day of coordination. It was so worth it to be able to have a relaxed and stress free day to focus on ourselves and friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I hired Infinity Events for day-of coordination at my wedding this last weekend and it was one of the best decisions I made! They really think of everything and went above and beyond to help with things I was worried about on the day. They had a full team supporting set up/take down, ceremony logistics, etc. I was so impressed! 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: Had infinity decor set up and take down as well as rent different decor and everything was truly amazing. They made our wedding venue look way better than I could have every pictured. Colleen and her team are so easy to work with and so helping. Could not imagine my wedding day without them as it was all so smooth. Can not recommend them enough!!

Negative experience: Called us two business before our wedding telling us a sign was no longer available. It turns out the sign was in the show room they just didn't have anyone available to take it down even though we had paid the deposit 10 months in advance. We were given options but felt like the options we were given did not make up for the inconvenience this late change caused.

Negative experience: My daughter married in July this year and despite the very poor organisation of Infinity Management the day was beautiful. Companies such as Infinity are supposed to relieve the obvious pressure that builds towards any special day. This was NOT the case at all. Infinity seemed short staffed at the wrong moments and made my daughter and now son in law feel inconsequential in the event. Rather than make the Bride and Groom central Infinity somehow did the opposite. Having witnessed the distress caused by the almost arrogant (Infinity knows best) attitude I cannot rate them lower.

Fantastic experience: Where do i even begin, this team highlights all the necessary things you would be looking for in hiring an event designing/planning team. Professionalism, honesty, confidence and trustworthy are some of the words i can think of to describe the team, the ability to take some of our thoughts/ideas and turn it into reality and something much more than we expected was spectacular. Colleen, trixie and Tamara have the patience of a Saint in regards to our ideas and the many times we had to alter plans and make changes, they absolutely made it work. We were struck with a family tragedy the day before our wedding, with our minds not able to focus and really hone in on our special day, everything changed once we walked into our venue. We were instantly reminded of why we were there when we walked under that breathtaking floral tunnel. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you Colleen, Cody, trixie, Tamara and the rest of the infinity event team.

Fantastic experience: The Infinity team did a great job in making our dream wedding come into reality. They exceeded my expections and even went an extra mile in making our wedding beautiful and Pinterest-y. They added a few more touches that wasn’t even part of the original decors/arrangements but everything blended so well together. The reception was very dreamy and romantic just the way we like it. We also want to extend our gratitude to Colleen and Cody for giving us a big hand with delivering our flowers to our hotel. It really helped us a lot.

Fantastic experience: Infinity Events did my day of coordination for my wedding on September 24th, 2022. I went back and forth for a while if I wanted to hire a day of coordinator or not and I am so so thankful I did. If you are on the fence, hire Infinity!! You will not regret it. They made every single wish I had come to life. The decor they did was out of this world and there is no way I could have done it myself. Everyone is still raving about how beautiful everything looked. I dealt mostly with Trixie and she was fantastic. She and her team were extremely professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with my decision to hire Infinity and I could not recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: We hired Infinity Events & Decor for our wedding on August 27th and we could not recommend them more. We got them to do our day-of coordination and they truly did make our day flawless and stress-free. We also rented most of our decor from them as well. One of my main dreams while planning our wedding was to handletter our welcome sign. They supplied the piece of acrylic and then painted the background once I was done handlettering and it turned out amazing! They also set up all of their and our decorations the day of, helped us get down the aisle, and tore down all of the decorations at the end of the night. Colleen, Tamara, Trixie, Sheldon, and Cody were a pleasure to work with to make our dream come to life! We appreciate your efforts. Hands down the best investment we ever made!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend to anyone! Colleen was so helpful with deciding on decor for my wedding, I felt a little lost a times with the decisions but she had great advice and ideas! So personable! We also used her for photography and we had a blast, we just rolled with her creativity and everything has turned out perfect! Such talent! We had their DJ Scott Tutone Tully and he did an incredible job, we had a pretty big list of songs we liked and he hit a little bit of everything and did a great job mixing it up, the dance floor didnt stop!
