Fantastic experience: Angela is the best in the business! I wasn't sure if I wanted to hire a day of coordinator for my wedding, but Angela went above and beyond and working with her was the best decision I made during the planning process. Angela was fairly priced, offered tons of support leading up to the day, and made the wedding day run smoothly. She really did make the magic happen. I can't say enough good things about working with her. She was our favourite wedding vendor! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: If you are even thinking of a wedding day-of coordinator, hire one and HIRE ANGELA. We hired Angela as our day-of coordinator for our 09/07/25 wedding at the Ancaster Mill. Angela and her assistant Liz made our dreams come true, and our wedding felt perfect. If there were issues on the day-of, we couldn’t even notice because Angela just took care of everything. I do not know what we would have done without her, especially for such a reasonable price. They were both with us from our first look until tear-down, and we felt so supported throughout. Angela was so much more than just a day-of coordinator, she met with us twice before the wedding including at our venue, and checked in with all of our vendors for us beforehand and checked in with us regularly before the wedding and on the morning of the wedding. We are so appreciative of Angela and Liz!

Fantastic experience: Angela was our day-of coordinator, and I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. From the very beginning, she made us feel so cared for. Before the wedding, she met with us in person to go over our timeline and priorities, checked in regularly, connected with our vendors, and even toured our venue ahead of time to make sure every detail was thought through. Because of her preparation, we were able to head into our wedding day with so much more peace of mind. On the day itself, Angela was incredible. She set up all of our décor exactly how I had envisioned it and made everything look so beautiful. She was kind, attentive, and grounding. Honestly, it felt like having a loving parent by my side during such an emotional day. She kept our bridal party organized, guided us through the ceremony and grand entrance, and made sure we stayed on schedule with speeches, music, and all the little moments that mattered. Because of Angela, we were able to relax and actually enjoy our wedding knowing she had everything under control. We felt supported from start to finish and I am so grateful for the love and calm presence she brought to our day. My now-husband and I highly recommend Angela for all planning and coordinating needs.

Fantastic experience: Angela and Liz went above and beyond what we expected for our wedding. Having them really ensured we could enjoy the day and be with our guests! They were very kind and reassuring. The decoration they put together was beautiful. When seeing it for the first time, it felt like they had read our minds and created exactly what we had imagined. Fantastic experience: Angela, where do i even begin! I got married this past Saturday and couldnt wait to write a review. Wedding coordinator of my dreams, she kept me organized from the moment i met her with everything leading up to the wedding. The day of went seamlessly because she and her assistant were there through it all. She was kind and calming which is just what a bride needs, especially a bride who is hosting a large Italian wedding. She was on sight through it all, checking on me in the morning, to the church and at the hall watching all my vendors set up. If i could give more than 5 start i wouldve. HIRE THIS WOMAN!! And dont forget to give her a seat at the wedding like i did... You are wonderful Angela! I truly can not thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an amazing day of wedding coordinator, I cannot recommend Angela enough. We honestly could not have had the wedding we did without Angela and her assistant, Priscilla. They worked so hard to keep everything organized and running smoothly throughout the day. Fantastic experience: I hired Angela to be my day of coordinator for my wedding in July. My husband doubted that we even needed her but I knew that I wanted to enjoy my day and not worry about anything. Angela impressed my very-hard-to-please husband and proved him wrong with how organized and smoothly she ran our day. Now he is recommending her to friends and family. This was by far, the best money we spent. I spent my wedding day enjoying my guests and dancing with my husband while Angela kept things running on time, kept track of my bridal party when they were needed and packed up my things at the end of the night. Fantastic experience: Hiring Wedding and Events by Angela was probably the best thing I did for my wedding. Our day-of coordinator, Liz went above and beyond to make sure our day went off as smoothly as possible. We had about 170 guests in an unconventional venue and there were a lot of moving parts. As somewhat of a former event planner, my bar is very high (in terms of celebrating attention to detail, organization, etc.) and Liz blew all those expectations out of the water. You won’t regret leaning on this team. Would recommend again and again. ❤️

Fantastic experience: We are SO SO SO glad we found and hired Angela to be our day-of-coordinator. Angela and her assistant Liz made our wedding day so stress-free as we knew everything behind the scene was being taken care of. We discussed in detail all the day-off itinerary and they made sure everything was where it was supposed to be and our timeline was adhered to. Fantastic experience: Angela was beyond amazing as our wedding coordinator. We wanted to enjoy our day without any stress, and she made exactly that happen. She took care of all the details, that our timeline ran according to schedule and did adjustments to it when needed (our ceremony ended up being longer than it should of been) but we didn't even notice because Angela was on top of it making sure everything ran smoothly. She did a perfect job with our decor and communicated with our other vendors to ensure everything ran perfectly. Thank you so much Angela! Fantastic experience: I got married at The Doctor's House in November 2019 and Angela was my day-of coordinator. I was on the fence about whether to invest in a coordinator (thinking I can manage doing everything myself) and Angela was 100% worth the investment! I could not recommend her enough. She is professional while still personable and I did not have to worry about a thing the entire day It's the best feeling and a relief to know you're in good hands on such a crazy, chaotic day.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Angela enough. When my husband and I decided to go ahead and hire a planner for our wedding, I think we can both agree it was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. We hired Angela for day-of coordination, and I can honestly say we gained a friend out of it. She immediately understood our vision, and was ready to do whatever it took for that vision to come true. Her and her team outdid ANY expectation I had when I walked into our venue. It was PERFECT. Angela was also AMAZING at making sure everything was done on time, and making sure that my husband and I were taking time to spend with each other, but still keeping on schedule leading up to the big day. They say it takes a village to pull off a wedding, and let me tell you, Angela leads that village with ease. Fantastic experience: We were back-and-forth whether we should work with a day-of coordinator for our wedding in June 2019. After working with Angela, we can safely say it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She was superb from start to finish. Even though Angela was our day-of coordinator, her calmness, positivity and professionalism made us both feel at ease in the build up to our wedding and especially on the big day itself. We had planning conversations on the phone, email correspondence and a site visit two weeks prior to the big day. There were details we hadn't thought of, or were unsure of - head table decor, backdrop, receiving table - but Angela took care of it and made sure our day came together as we had envisioned. Thank you, Angela - it was the best day of our lives and we couldn’t have done it without you!

Fantastic experience: I met Angela through a friend that previously got married. And let me tell you, after our first meeting, I knew she was the one. I have met with 3 previous planners before. I knew Angela would have the drive and personality to handle a 200 person wedding. During the planning process until the big day, she has been a wonderful help. The wedding day went smoothly with the help of her and her assistant. I even had a rip on my dress and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes!! I highly recommend Angela for any wedding or events you have. You will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: Angela did such an amazing job coordinating my wedding. I got married December 1st, 2018 and from as early as a month before the wedding she was confirming vendors and putting together a schedule for the day. She kept in frequent contact with me and she covered details I hadn't even thought of. It was so great not having to worry about the timeline or flow of the day. Everything was taken care of! Fantastic experience: I can honestly say I don't know what the day would have been like without Angela as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding. All of those little details that you're not sure how they're going to work out she took care of and made the day feel totally seamless - not just working with our vendors but right down to giving me a play by play of what was happening during our ceremony before I walked down the aisle. She was so organized, professional, and has such a great eye for design, she styled our ceremony and reception site better than we could have imagined. We were free to just relax and enjoy every moment of the day and we owe that to Angela and her team.

Fantastic experience: Originally I didn't think I was going to need a wedding planner - I was one of those brides that though, "oh hey, I could totally do this myself!!!" Boy was I wrong, a couple of months before the wedding, my now husband told me, "You NEED a day of wedding planner". Luckily, I found Angela. She is the most sweetest and most accommodating person ever, I was afraid that I had hired her a little too late into the wedding planning but she was just absolutely amazing, she followed up with all my vendors, she was there for my rehearsal and asked all the important questions to my vendors that I didn't even think I had to ask. As for the wedding day, her team made it so smooth. I am one of the most easily stressed people ever and her team made my wedding day absolutely perfect I didn't have to think about what to do next, they were always ready to tell me what to do next and where to be. She is very punctual, organized and just the best. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a wedding planner!

Fantastic experience: I recently got married this summer and choose Angela as our day of coordinator and could not have been happier with my choice! I honestly don't know what I would have done without her by my side that day! She knew exactly what needed to be done without asking most of the time and was always available if I have any questions or concerns. Fantastic experience: As a coordinator myself, Angela is amazing to work with. Always on the ball and ahead of the game. Fantastic experience: Angela is fantastic. I wasn’t going to use a coordinator for the day of and I am so thankful I did. She made sure everything went smoothly and absolutely anything I needed she was there. Wedding guest had a dress malfunction.. Angela had the tools to fix it. I needed a hair clip when I was dancing and getting warm.. Angela had one! She made sure everything was on time and kept us all in line to keep with our schedule. Fantastic experience: Angela was a necessity for our wedding. We required a planner to help on the day of since we had an outdoor ceremony, but she impressed us by doing so much more! We met a few times beforehand, and she asked us about details that we hadn't even considered. She forced us to be organized and prepared ahead of time (again, a necessity) and was always warm and friendly. On the day of, I can't even list the tasks she assisted with, but our wedding went off without a hitch, largely due to her working in the background. Angela was wonderful to work with - I would highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Angela? I had the privilege to be a bridesmaid in a wedding that she was planning. She was punctual friendly and super fun to work with. From beginning to end Angela was organized, involved and made my fiance, myself and our families feel at ease. I cannot imagine the day without her. Fantastic experience: Angela was my wedding coordinator for the day of my wedding in October 2014, and she is truly amazing! She went above and beyond what we had originally discussed and was the best decision we made for the wedding. It would not have happened as smoothly and as seamlessly as it did without her help. She is so professional and knowledgeable, and always made sure she was on our side as the couple. She offered great advice on choosing vendors, and had back-ups on call in case one of our vendors didn't show up (they all did, thank God!) She set up my decorations (there were A LOT!), and always checked in with me on the day of to make sure I was good. My bridal party was so impressed with her too! You will not go wrong with choosing her for your wedding!
