Fantastic experience: The most STUNNING business launch! Amanda & Lexine took my vision (or more accurately, my lack of one ) and transformed it into a luxury picnic experience that completely exceeded my expectations. I also added the permanent jewelry table, which was a huge hit—my bracelet has been going strong since July! Despite nonstop rain leading up to the event, they were with me every step of the way, fully committed to making the day come together no matter what. In the end, it turned into the most beautiful day, and I truly can’t wait to host another event with them.

Fantastic experience: Amanda and Lexine are single handedly responsible for the stress free wedding day that my husband and I were able to enjoy. We spent a year planning our day and Captivating Occasions was right there to provide guidance all along the way. The spreadsheet that these two put together to keep our wedding day on track was so appreciated by not only us but all our vendors. Amanda and Lexine ran our rehearsal, set up our decor, ran our wedding day and came back late in the evening to take everything down and pack up. As the Bride and Groom we truly didn't have to worry about a thing all day and not to mention our parents and bridal party were also able to fully enjoy the day. Amanda and Lexine created a group chat with us and were available for questions leading up to the wedding, and also sent us a bunch of behind the scenes pictures and videos from the day of which was an unexpected surprise. We would recommend these two for any event!

Fantastic experience: Amanda & Lexine are absolutely wonderful and helped us organize the perfect day. Even though we are in Toronto, they were always willing to hop on a call to discuss the details ahead of the wedding day. On the day, they were absolute experts and knew exactly how to have everyone in the right place. They even saved us food from the cocktail hour that we weren't able to make it to. Having them as our wedding coordinators was one of the best choices we made!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Captivating Occasions enough! We hired Lexine and Amanda as our day of coordinators and they made everything before and during our wedding so fun and so much less stressful. They go through every detail you can think of about 3 months out and it really helps you gauge where you’re at with planning. Day of they took care of everything from logistics to making our reception venue decor dreams come true. Fantastic experience: We used Amanda and Lexine as month-of coordinators for our fusion South Asian wedding (half Bangladeshi/half South Indian) and let me tell you that they are the DREAM team! We interviewed around a dozen coordinators and instantly knew that we wanted to go with them from how authentic they were on day 0. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, they went above and beyond in coordinating with our vendors, and always made sure they had clear and timely communication. On the day of and as mother nature would have it, there were some things that inevitably went wrong (for example: our massive seating chart got carried by the wind and a corner of it broke off before the guests arrived) but the team made sure that everything was fixed in a jiffy and before we even noticed. Their presence on the day of the wedding was truly a game changer for a nervous and overly anxious bride like myself. Their patience in dealing with my hundreds of questions and "did we make sure that..." was something I'll never forget on a truly special day. RUN don't walk to booking these ladies!!

They perfectly executed any specifications we asked for, and took initiative to fill in the gaps on things that we weren't as specific about and did so beautiful (eg decor details). Fantastic experience: These guys are the best wedding coordinators we could have asked for. We are the most scatter brained humans and throwing a wedding was NOT our forte. They kept everything organized, on track, and even saved moments like needing a sewing kit TWICE during our wedding day. Fantastic experience: Amanda and Lexine were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They were very attentive, easy to work with, and very professional. My family and friends were very impressed with their coordination and work during our wedding day. They both have ensured that we were worry free during the day, and that me and my now husband were taken care of throughout the day. The small things didn't go unnoticed - from making sure we were hydrated, that my hair was in place, to even cleaning off sand from my shoes! They were both constantly checking we got what we need and that we were okay. I was very hesitant to get wedding day coordinators, but I am so happy that I did and that I went with these adorable, very hardworking sisters! It was money that was very well spent.

Fantastic experience: Worked with Amanda last year to create a surprise proposal for my at-the-time girlfriend (now wife), and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! My wife had won an Instagram contest last summer from them for a free luxury catered picnic, and they were so accommodating to let my wife believe she was the one planning the ordeal, while I was really the one organizing it and planning with Amanda haha. It worked out great, she was so suprised, the food was amazing and the layout was beautiful! Highly recommend their service.

Fantastic experience: When I started talking to the girls on Instagram, I was very well attended, so I felt safe trusting them to organize the picnic on my 40th birthday, which I hoped would be a milestone. When I arrived at the picnic, I was impressed with the zeal they had in preparing my long-awaited day for me.
