Fantastic experience: Budget Backdrops did an amazing job at my wedding this past December. Charan was extremely helpful throughout the process and was attentive to making sure that our vision was realized in the final product. We couldn't be happier with the work that Budget Backdrops did and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again! Highly recommend their services for anyone who is looking for decor for their wedding or other parties.

Fantastic experience: I booked with Budget Backdrops and Decor back in June or July 2024 for my wedding that took place Sept 21st 2025. There were some miscommunication issues regarding decor and what we talked about I wanted however, they were very professional, polite and extremely quick to rectify the situations. They did an amazing job with all the decor and my wedding hall looked outstanding. They really did bring my vision to life! I was beyond impressed as they definitely went above and beyond to make everything look so perfect for my big day. They were also very affordable for anyone with a tight budget, so if you are looking for a company to decorate your wedding and not have to worry about set up and tear down, this is the team for you. I've attached a few pictures but they don't do justice to how beautiful everything looked.

Fantastic experience: This family owned business is incredible. They made our daughter's Winter wonderland 5th birthday party so beautiful with the ballon arch they made for us, everyone complimented it and talked about it. The kids thought it was "super cool" and alot of pictures were taken with it! We rented our table linens as well from them and a stunning white wooden arch, gorgeous! Right from the day I messaged Budget Backdrops and Decor to inquire about renting from them, it's been smooth and easy. Charan and his wife are so kind, creative and very accommodating. Great people! Fantastic experience: Charan and Lepa are the best wedding decorators you will ever find. Our church decoration was heavenly and serene, decorated with lovely flowered arch and chair decorations. At the reception they did a fantastic job with the table decoration, back drop, marquee, sweetheart table decoration, entrance decoration, balloons and most of all the color coordination was impeccable. They went over and above to make our wedding venue look like a palace. We got so many compliments from guest for the decoration and our pictures look even more mesmerizing due to that. Their prices are reasonable and can work with your budget very well. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in Ontario or Quebec. GREAT JOB.

They work around your schedule, and will do whatever possible to make sure you have everything you need for your big day! We realized the DAY BEFORE our wedding that we forgot to order tablecloths, and Gerard and his team added them to our rental last-minute! They are lifesavers, and the prices are so reasonable, you won't need to rent from anywhere else! Do yourself a favour, and check them out for your next event! Fantastic experience: Budget backdrops recently did a backdrop for our wedding. After a very last minute issue with our venue putting a stop to our backdrop plans , Budget Backdrops came to our rescue. The backdrop was BEAUTIFUL and Vicky was amazing to work with and so kind. Fantastic experience: Vicki and Gerard were amazing to work with! Through email or facebook i was able to get a hold of them within a couple hours. They made sure to go through everything with me to make sure i was happy. When i had a last minute add on they were more than happy to add them on without complaint or annoyance! Vicki took her time to call me a week before and the day before to ensure that everything is right and to ease the stress. Vicky brought extra decor for our backup plan. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about their service, items rented and prices. Their service was always prompt, reliable and stressfree! They were very professional and friendly to work with. Their items were amazing quality and for an excellent price. They had wonderful cleanup services the next day to return to our venue to collect the rented items. They sent up our venue with beautiful chair covers, sashes, brooch’s, drapery for an arch and a fantastic backdrop. They truly made our special day absolutely perfect and stressfree as they delivered above and beyond our expectations to make our day perfect! Could not be more happy with choosing to use their business and services ! Wonderful people to work with! I highly recommend working with them !

So easy to work with and they go above and beyond making sure every detail is looked after to assist with alleviating as much stress in planning as possible. Fantastic experience: We had the honor of hosting the last wedding of our season at Glen Lawrence Golf Club on October 6, 2018. Budget Backdrops and Decor had the honor of being the designated decorator! Our banquet room was transformed into a stunningly beautiful setting for the perfect wedding reception. As a venue host, we can highly recommend their services!

Fantastic experience: Vicki was a LIFESAVER. She was absolutely an angel sent from heaven to make our wedding day go so smoothly. Our delivery for rentals (from a different company) was late, so when it showed up, she had brought some stuff that the original company was missing. She looked at the backdrop we had and said “I can make this better”, went home (keep in mind this is at 8 pm on a Friday night and she had company at home!), came back and turned a barnboard backdrop into a stunning masterpiece. She also brought extra stuff that she wasn’t sure we would need but said we could use it if we wanted. Freaking lifesaver! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
