There were a lot of things we hadn't thought of and with Afzia's help we were able to find out what those were (and get stressed out, before immediately de-stressing because now we knew) and worked with her, our other vendors, and friends/family to get it taken care of. About a month before the wedding she took over a lot of the logistics from us and the day went off without a hitch. Expérience fantastique: We met with Afzia in the fall of 2019 to start the process of planning a wedding. We didn’t know what we were doing so we thought it would be best to leave it to the professionals. We are absolutely sure we made the right decision after three pandemic related postponements we finally got to have our day at the start of 2023; it was perfect all because of her hard work. She truly is a professional. On the day she asked us two questions: 1) are you ready to start?, and 2) we’re a little ahead of schedule, do you want to take photos with all of the guest tables? The second questions was an on the fly idea to fill a 30-minute gap before dinner that would have otherwise been a lull. Her quick thinking gave us a memorable moment as our guest thought up themes and made funny faces for the photos. We had a fantastic day together where we could focus on each other because we knew that she was on top of things. She had detailed plans and acted as a hub for all of our vendors to connect. She was able to help us to understand the contracts we were signing with our vendors and helped us to find reputable ones that reflected our wedding style. Afzia was easy to get along with, a pleasure to work with, and she really knows her stuff. We would absolutely recommend her to friends and family looking to plan their big day.

She is organized and great at making things look stylish and chic – which is kind of what you would expect from a coordinator… but she is so much more. She is so personable and has a way of nicely (yet, authoritatively) telling people what to do and getting them in order. For example, I walked into the rehearsal wondering how I was going to get everyone to get in line, but Afzia was on top of it. She knew exactly what to do and exactly how to get people to do it. Our flower girl kind of has a mind of her own and Afzia even got her to walk down the aisle calmly.
