Fantastic experience: I want to express my sincere gratitude to Steffi at Hollywood Weddings for her efforts in creating the most beautiful florals/candles/decor for our wedding this past weekend (January 24, 2026 at the Timber Barn). Right from our initial correspondence, Steffi was kind, responsive, and willing to work within my specified budget by providing many different options. I gave her a rough outline of what I was envisioning, and left the rest to her and her creativity which proved to be the best decision. Steffi put together the florals/decor of our dreams, and we were blown away when we saw our venue fully decorated. On the day-of she arrived early to set everything up which was much appreciated, and helped keep the stress at bay. Thank you for what you do Steffi- you are so incredibly talented!

Fantastic experience: Steffi was so incredible to work with for my wedding back in September. She understood my vision perfectly and took the time to ask questions and made sure no detail was missed. The flowers and candles were so perfect and turned out so beautiful. Everything from my bouquet, the arch, and the tablescapes were exactly what I had envisioned. Fantastic experience: Lori was absolutely amazing to work with on our wedding day!! My only regret is I wish I had found her sooner so I could have hired Steffi to do our flowers! Lori created a beautiful backdrop for both our ceremony and reception at Whistle Bear Golf Club. The linen for the head table along with the candles & decor surrounding the head table (lanterns, etc.) were exactly what I had envisioned! Lori was so helpful and reassuring when I doubted myself during the planning process. She was punctual and professional. My florist was very late to decorate and Lori started placing the florals that were there on the tables in order to try and keep things timely and organized even though it was not her responsibility whatsoever. I highly recommend Hollywood Weddings for your florals and decors!

Fantastic experience: Steffi organized the florals and decor for our wedding in September 2024 and we don't have enough good things to say about that experience. She was responsive, knowledgeable, organized, professional, brilliant, and so much more! She was able to pull together stream of conscience thoughts we had about how the wanted the wedding to look and was able to make a coherent aesthetic concept. On the day of the wedding, the ceremony and reception areas were fantastically decorated, while the flowers were stunning. Moreover, we didn't have to worry whatsoever about set-up or take-down. We were truly awestruck and amazed. We would 10/10 recommend Steffi to anyone looking for help with florals and decor!

Fantastic experience: I have been putting off writing this because I don't even know where to start - our wedding florals & decor exceeded my wildest expectations. I was having trouble finding a florist because I was very unsure of what I wanted. Steffi was recommended to me by our coordinator and I explained my initial "mood" for the wedding, but gave her a lot of weird, non-floral inspo because I couldn't imagine the execution. She clearly could though, because what showed up on our wedding day was nothing short of perfection. From my bouquet, to our arch, to our bar and our flower girl's crown, I felt like I stepped into a painting. They stole the show in the best way. And Steffi herself is just a dream to work with. She completely "got" me and my vision in a way that I couldn't even articulate, helped me so much with colour choices and other decor choices (including a few emergency "should I get this?!" text messages on my part), and when we lost a loved one in the month before the wedding, she went above and beyond to accommodate and to make sure that we didn't have to focus too much on the wedding (during the busiest time). Fantastic experience: Hollywood Weddings exceeded our expectations in every detail. Working with Lori and Steffi was like working with old friends. They took the time to understand our vision while adding their own elements to bring the ceremony and reception space to life. This dynamic duo worked with us through 3 date changes, and when our big day was finally a reality they couldn't contain their excitement. We asked for a simple yet elevated feel to our space and these ladies delivered. WOW! Our event space required a "flip" between ceremony and reception. Lori and Steffi were onsite to ensure every detail was perfect and ready in a timely manner. Pictures here are worth 1000 words. Fantastic experience: After having to reschedule our wedding reception, Steffi made our COVID-19 style wedding extraordinairly special! She worked with us to replan what flowers we wanted, was super conscious of our budget and delivered gorgeous arrangements the day of! She was super accomodating, has amazing customer service and is a wonderful vendor to have do your wedding! We look forward to working with her again next year for our reschedule reception! Fantastic experience: Steffi and Lori of Hollywood Weddings are absolutely amazing to work with! From the very beginning, I felt re-assured that the vision I had in mind would come to life – and did it ever! We got so many compliments from our guests (as well as people looking at our photos) that all our flower arrangements were stunning! Steffi and Lori are easy to work with, always quick to respond to e-mails (I live out of town so this was EXTREMELY important to me), and they were always willing to work with me to make any last minute adjustments. In addition, we had a minor incident at the venue where one of the ceremony pieces were being moved by the venue staff to the outdoor ceremony area, and the piece was knocked down by the wind as it was not placed on the pedestal properly. We reached out to Hollywood Weddings right away and they came back to the venue within the hour and re-arranged BOTH ceremony pieces in new vases. I can guarantee you will not receive this level of service anywhere else, and it really showed us that Steffi and Lori really care about their clients. I would highly recommend this amazing duo for your special day – you can guarantee that this is one less thing you’ll stress about, and you can rest assured that the results will be nothing short of spectacular.
