Fantastic experience: I was very glad I found and contracted Universal Wedding Decor for my daughter's 18th birthday party last April 2023. When I was looking for a decorator, I made sure the decorations will fit perfectly in the grand scheme of things. I already found a great venue that set the event expectations really high and the decorations must provide the best first impression to my guests. After meeting Vilma of Universal Wedding Decor a couple of times, I knew she was perfect for the job. From the planning until the execution, Vilma did not disappoint and she went far and beyond to deliver and to exceedingly meet my expectations. In fact, I recieved so much complements from my guests for having such impressive decorations! Universal Wedding Decor was such a pleasure to work with. The collaboration, the dedication, the cost affordability and the quality of decorations are the things the set them apart from other decorators out there. Fantastic experience: We told Vilma what we wanted our backdrop to look like and when I showed up on the day it was even better than I had imagined! People kept commenting on how gorgeous the backdrop was! Vilma was easy to work with and I didn’t have to worry about arranging setup or takedown at all. She contacted the venue and set it all up. Fantastic experience: Amazing decor Universal wedding decor made my dream come true

Negative experience: EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED!!!!!! Less than 2 hours before the event she notifies us that the colours of the lights would be different than what we had discussed previously when the contract was written up. The event was on Canada day and she said that she wasn't able to go and buy them because the stores were all closed. This was discussed weeks in advance. We paid a bulk of the deposit and wanted to pay the remaining minimal amount after the event to ensure that the work was completed satisfactorily, as we have done with all of our vendors. She prepared half of the center pieces and refused to complete them until the amount was paid. One of the wedding party had to drive to her house to give her cash so that she could finish. The owner of this company, Vilma, is a disgustingly rude and disorganized person. Of you are looking for someone to do a wonderful job, stick to what is written in the contract and be lovely to work with then DON'T BOOK VILMA!
