Expérience fantastique: The moment I got engaged; I knew I wanted a coordinator. So that I can have a stress and anxiety free day. Tricia and her team are absolutely phenomenal. We went with wedding management. I'm a creative person in my personal and business life so I was very particular with details and how I wanted things done, after speaking with Tricia with our initial meeting I knew that her team would be able to take all the stress away from me. Jocelyn was our coordinator and was AMAZING. The day of went so smoothly; if there was any issues I would not have known. We had so many personal items that needed to be placed at certain parts of the day and Jocelyn and Amanda knocked it out of the park. Even the lead up to the wedding was amazing; with their extremely detailed auto-reminders, and tips for any part of the planning process being sent out on a monthly basis. There were things that I didn't even think about but was grateful to learn! I would absolutely recommend TBE to any bride (or anyone needing help with planning an event) in a heartbeat. We chose the “month of” coordination package, but this also included monthly check in emails and reminders to keep us on track with planning. It was a huge relief to hand over all the vendor communications to Tricia, and she made sure that all of the little details were ironed out. Expérience fantastique: I am a type A girl who had so many of my vendors already booked when I decided I wanted a coordinator. My initial reasoning was to avoid being the “captain” on the day of. And THANK GOD. We worked with Jocelyn who was amazing from the start. Having meetings 6months, 2 months and 2 weeks out was such peace of mind. She helped me make sure all details were organized so I wouldn’t be stressed the day of. She actually caught several things I missed and coordinated with ALL my vendors (this list is huge). I know booking a coordinator can feel like such a financial commitment - but I promise it was so worth it. I would recommend also opting in for clean up at end of night. We didn’t - and we were lucky to have so many people to help - but it was a sobering experience that certainly ended the night doing it ourselves.

From the moment we met her, she was kind, calm, and so easy to talk to. Communication with her was effortless, she always responded quickly, followed up without us having to ask, and kept everything organized with detailed lists that made planning feel manageable instead of overwhelming. During FaceTime meetings and planning days, she brought up things we never would have thought of and made sure we felt confident in every decision. She handled every last minute change we threw her way with so much patience and grace, never once making us feel like we were a burden. On our wedding day, Jocelyn was everywhere we needed her to be before we even realized we needed her. She checked in consistently, made sure we were okay, and gave us the space to be fully present without worrying about a single thing. She worked behind the scenes with our vendors, helped guide our MC with the timeline, and allowed us to be fully present for our day. Everything ran smoother than we could have imagined and that is because of her. Jocelyn has this way of making everything feel under control without ever making it feel chaotic. She is always a step ahead, always knows what needs to be done and somehow does it all while still making you laugh or feel at ease. We are beyond grateful for her and truly cannot recommend her enough. She was such a big part of why our day was so perfect. If you are lucky enough to have Jocelyn on your team, just know you are in the very best hands.

She paid attention to detail and asked many questions we hadn’t considered. She was always very responsive to my emails and would follow up if she hadn’t gotten updates from me. She was insanely helpful at our rehearsal. She was very organized and ensured we knew what was going on for the ceremony and that gave us confidence. Day of the wedding, I didn’t feel that I needed to stress about any of my vendors. She knew exactly what was happening and had everything in control. At the beginning of our wedding planning, I was unsure if I needed a wedding coordinator as our reception venue had a really great day of coordinator. But I was definitely wrong. Ashley met with me multiple times so she would know how things should look and she could “proof” everything! She was also super helpful to relay communication between us and the venue, checking in on us very often, as well as helping our MC out with timeline, etc. Would definitely recommend their services!

I can genuinely say that hiring them was the best decision I made for our wedding and was the best use of our funds. For the services they provide, starting with unlimited email communication as early as almost 2 years before the wedding, to the vendors list, tasks list by month, tips and tricks, their fees are very generous. I had the pleasure of working with Carley, and she was excellent. I have some event planning background through my job, but of course weddings are just a huge production. Even so, there are so many things I wouldn't have thought of if we didn't have Carley reminding us. On the day of the wedding, I felt very calm and worry free, knowing that Carley and her assistant would be on site taking care of everything. We hired them for their wedding management and design package and it was the perfect level of support and guidance throughout the planning process. They helped us keep on track as we got closer to our wedding day, Carley put together a design for our wedding that was exactly what we envisioned, and executed it to perfection. My expectations were absolutely exceeded and I felt like our wedding was out of a magazine. On the day of our wedding, Carley and her assistant Chloe handled every single aspect of putting the decor together and keeping things on track, which let my husband and I actually relax and enjoy the getting ready process. I didn't experience a moment of stress on our wedding day. Even when I messed up and forgot to pack the tea light candles I was supposed to bring, Carley rectified my mistake without hesitation and had someone run out to handle it. We also had guests say that they had no idea we even had a planner there on the day of. They were always present making sure things were going smoothly but clearly very good at being discreet! I had many guests telling us it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to, and while I'm obviously biased, I would have to agree! Expérience fantastique: My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner due to the additional expense, but Tricia Bachewich Events was recommended to us by several friends so we figured we would have a free consultation with Tricia just to see if we felt it was necessary for us. After about five minutes talking to her, we realized we had no idea what we were doing as she brought up so many things that we had not even thought of in the planning process. Hiring TBE was honestly the best money we spent in regards to our wedding. We work alongside Carley for the entire planning process; she took care of everything from coordinating with vendors, making sure we had all the decor and props we wanted, creating a timeline for the day of, and giving great advice and suggestions on things we were unsure of. On the day of the wedding Carley was joined by another staff member Lori and they were absolutely wonderful. Carley and Lori took care of everything so that not only my husband and I could sit back and enjoy our day, but so that our family members and friends also did not have to stress about anything. They also have vendor discounts which ended up saving us money. Our wedding day would not have come together and run as smoothly as it did without their help. Here are a few pointers for the next job you apply for:
- Be sure to apply in the manner specified in the posting.
- Include a cover letter if it's required.
- Address the person that you are sending the email to in the body of the email. If you are too lazy to address me in the email, that tells me a lot about your work ethics.
- Don't leave the company a poor google review if you don't get an interview.
