Luckily people like Alli and her team exist to hold our hands through the process to turn a planning and coordination nightmare into a dream! We worked with her for well over a year to develop and implement our vision, seamlessly coordinating with at least 10 vendors (and probably more that I didn't even know about). She was great to work with, very responsive, and well connected to pull off any event. There is simply no way we would have been able to plan an event of this scale and polish without her. We would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend her to friends and family for any event coordination needs.

She made everything so easy for us in the lead up to the wedding - each month we would have a meeting and she would let us know what we needed to do that month to stay on track. I could go on and on about Alli. She made our February wedding the best day of our lives. We were able to be guests at our wedding and enjoy every moment with those we love, and it’s largely due to her and her team. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Expérience fantastique: Hiring Alli to be our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. She is so organized, knowledgable and thoughtful and we always felts like a priority to her throughout the whole process. If there is one component that we can pinpoint as being the most valuable, worthwhile, and all-around enjoyable component of our wedding planning experience it is Alli. We were originally scheduled to be married in August 2020 and, welp, COVID. She planned not only 1, but (at least) 4 back-up plans with a genuine care, enthusiasm, and efficiency throughout. She is phenomenal at what she does and is so pleasant and easy to work with. She is one of the most hard-working, honest, and knowledgable people that we have had the pleasure to work with and I can guarantee that we would not have had the wonderful wedding that we were able to eventually have without her. Despite the significant struggles faced by the wedding industry this past 2 years, Alli has constantly made us feel like WE were the priority and checked in to see if WE needed anything with every change in plans. She is creative, mindful of her clients priorities and budget, incredibly efficient, and thoughtful, and she puts 100% into everything she does. She faces every roadblock with certainty that she will find an answer to get around or manage it, and she remained positive and empathetic through (many) plan changes, tears, and wild ideas - in other words, she went way beyond what we could have ever expected or imagined. The one piece of advice I would lend to someone planning a wedding: Get a wedding planner and, if you are able to book her in time, get Alli! As a side note, as evidence that we loved having Alli on our team SO MUCH, we also hired her to plan our engagement party, rehearsal dinner, and other family events. We cannot recommend Alli Mae Events enough!

Alli made us feel at ease throughout the whole process, made our tasks and decisions digestible at our monthly meetings, and never failed to support and provide guidance in navigating through everyone else’s opinions. She was our cheerleader and championed every decision we made (which was a lot because we had like four wedding plans!) and was always acting in our best interest. As a person who was feeling overwhelmed about the big day amidst Covid, Alli was truly our rock. She was reassuring and a breath of fresh air. She is so positive, resilient, agile, organized and talented. We never for a second regretted our choice to work with Alli. We ended up giving Alli five days notice to support with our spontaneous ‘minimony’ over the holidays. She jumped to support us to finish 2020 on a high note and ensured the day ran smoothly - it was more perfect than we could've ever imagined. I'm a pretty organized person so I wasn't sure how much Alli would have to do prior to the wedding day, but let me tell you, not having to worry about co-ordinating with vendors on drop off, pick up, start and end times because Alli was handling it all (plus she was always available via email or text!) was such a relief and time saver. Our wedding was the day after the huge snowstorm in October and in addition to her physical labour, Alli also handled the emotional labour of calming me down and reassuring everything was going to be great. On the day of, she made sure everything went off without a hitch (including finding some last minute spots at the reception for unexpected guests, ugh). If I made her aware of an issue, that was the last I heard about it — she resolved everything quickly and quietly and made sure our day was perfect and basically stress-free.
