Fantastic experience: We can’t say enough wonderful things about Kassia. Even now, five months after our wedding when we look back on that magical weekend we always end up saying “thank god for Kassia”. She took the vision we had for our wedding, the challenge of a venue still under construction, and late hurdles from vendors and handled it all perfectly. The day itself was more than we ever dreamed in every way and we could not have done it without her. Any couple looking for someone they can trust to bring their wedding together and handle any challenge that comes their way should look no further than Kassia. You simply can’t find someone better.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot capture how grateful I am for Kassia for our October 11, 2025 wedding. Writing this review feels bittersweet because it means the day has finally come and gone — and I owe every inch of happiness to Kassia for how perfect everything was! I always knew working with her would never disappoint, but I didn’t realize just how much of a positive impact she would have, not only on the day itself but on the entire experience leading up to it. Over a year ago, we hired Kassia and immediately felt confident and excited to begin designing and planning our 2025 wedding. From start to finish, Kassia was there for us in a million different ways. She took the time to listen to our vision, connected with all the necessary vendors to bring it to life, and truly allowed us to enjoy every moment -- from the second we woke up to the final send-off (including set up and clean up, which she handled entirely). We had a large wedding with over 330 guests (at a venue in which we brought almost everything in) so there were countless moving parts, and yet Kassia somehow had everything under control at all times, offering advice, insight and executing a beautiful plan. What stood out most, though, were the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day itself. The level of professionalism, calm, and attention to detail Kassia provided during that time was something I hope every bride gets to experience. As someone who works in the wedding industry and regularly collaborates with planners, I can confidently say Kassia brought a level of care and calmness that went above and beyond my expectations from design, to set up, to the day of flow. I didn’t worry about a single thing--I didn’t wonder where I was supposed to be or if something was missing — because Kassia was already there, handling it. As someone who is extremely Type A and usually very hands-on, the fact that I was able to fully let go and trust her 100% speaks volumes. Kassia and her team managed our entire setup — a huge undertaking and facilitated all of our vendors seamlessly. She spent so much time bringing our detailed design to life, and when we walked into the reception, it truly exceeded everything I had imagined while not lifting a single finger. Our space was exactly how I visioned and something so unique. It encompassed everything I dreamed of!!! On the day of, Kassia was everywhere I needed her to be (without knowing I would need it- she was always right there): fixing my dress, touching up my hair, cheering me on, and just being the most joyful and supportive presence. She made sure all of our personal items were gathered, rental returns were coordinated, and the timeline ran flawlessly — all without me ever having to ask. There is truly no one like Kassia, and am so grateful my wedding experience was centred around her. If you're even thinking of hiring her — do it. I can’t imagine our day without her and will forever be grateful for the absolutely perfect day she helped create for us. My only "regret" is that my wedding is over, because talking and planning with her over this past year is something I will miss!! We love you!!!!

She made such a positive impression, and I have no doubt that anyone who works with her will have the same experience. I would recommend Kassia a million times over—she's truly exceptional. If you want someone who will not only meet but exceed your expectations, Kassia is your go-to wedding coordinator!

Fantastic experience: ​Hiring Kassia as our Day-of Coordinator was the single most valuable decision we made for our wedding. Speaking as the groom, she was an absolute miracle worker who completely protected our peace of mind. ​Kassia went far above and beyond the call of duty. She started early and worked tirelessly for well over a 12-hour day, managing every detail with incredible efficiency. ​Inevitably, small issues arose, but Kassia was an absolute master at handling them. She put out a ton of fires, tackling vendor mix-ups and logistical problems, and fixing every single one before we even knew there was an issue. Her calm, professional ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the spot instantly reduced everybody's stress. ​If you are looking for a dedicated coordinator, Kassia is the person you need. Fantastic experience: I was initially against the idea of hiring a designer/coordinator for our wedding, but hiring Kassia was definitely the right decision. She made the whole process stress-free and took care of many details I never would have thought of. Most importantly, she gave my wife and I the wedding we dreamt of. Fantastic experience: We hired Kassia as both the designer and coordinator for our wedding and she was wonderful to work with. She met with us so many times and always knew how to take our ideas and turn them into something beautiful. Whenever I started feeling stressed, a meeting with her would calm me down and make everything feel manageable again. On the wedding day itself, she handled everything so we could just be fully present and enjoy the moment. I honestly can’t imagine how we would have done it without her!

Negative experience: She ran off with our money during COVID and tried to charge us more when the wedding was rescheduled. I understand it’s a business but it doesn’t mean I have to like it

Fantastic experience: I got married in May of 2024 and honestly could not imagine doing it without the help of Kassia. She was so amazing. Exceeded all expectations and truly was the reason why my wedding planning process was so enjoyable and worry free. Her attention to every single detail was evident from the first interaction we had. Fantastic experience: We couldn't imagine our wedding without Kassia! The venue we had chosen required working with many different vendors to bring everything we needed on site. From the very beginning her professionalism, expertise, and connections in the industry were so key in making us feel at ease and ultimately leading to a perfect execution of our day. Fantastic experience: Kassia truly helped plan the wedding of our dreams! We originally met in January 2020 to plan a September 2021 destination wedding in the Niagara wine region but COVID and the border closure changed our plans since we live in the US. During that time, Kassia was so understanding and as soon as we told her a destination wedding in Canada was no longer the direction we wanted to go, she pivoted seamlessly to plan our December 2022 wedding in Seattle, far outside of her territory. She not only sourced top notch vendors but coordinated a perfect day all! Kassia joined all of our zoom calls with our vendors, FaceTimed us for any in-person meetings, FaceTimed our venue directly to get a feel for our space, and of course flew down for the wedding weekend! She rallied our wedding party during the rehearsal, coordinated our less traditional elements, and even learned unique U.S. wedding norms. We still get compliments on our floral design which she played a huge role in helping define. Kassia’s attention to detail and transparency through the planning process truly helped us to relax and enjoy the day. While COVID postponed our big day, we could not have asked for a better planner and partner to help us navigate wedding planning abroad and then again at home! - D&C

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough how THANKFUL we are that we hired Kassia to be part of our wedding! We hired her as a partial planner (design related aspects and month/day of coordination) but there was nothing "partial" about how committed she was to delivering our perfect day. From start to finish, she kept us excited and stress-free. On the design front: She struck the perfect balance of listening to our ideas & preferences, and then taking them and evolving them into a beautiful, cohesive vision better than we could have imagined. She managed all of our stationary (invites, menu cards), signage (welcome/seating, bar menu, table #s, champagne wall), florals, tableware & linen rentals, etc. The final design at our wedding was far beyond our expectations, and we received so many compliments from guests. On the planning front: Kassia was so responsive, adaptive, flexible, proactive...the list goes on! In every interaction with her, regardless of how crazy my question was, she showed her excitement for our day and made us feel confident throughout our planning process. On the week leading up to our wedding, she made sure we had no coordination to worry about and handled everything...and on the day of, she made sure everything went as planned (or if it didn't, she handled it & didn't let us know about it!). Kassia was truly invaluable to our wedding planning process, and I can't recommend her ENOUGH. I don't know how we would have done it all without her. Fantastic experience: Nico and i connected with Kassia back in 2019 shortly after we got engaged! Through the whole wedding process she’s was such a delight to work with. Always responded to emails promptly, gave lots of options and choices for anything we asked for and was willing to make any vision we had come to life! I had multiple other vendors relay to me how amazing it was to work with kassia and how her day of timeline for the wedding was one of the most detailed they had every seen. Fantastic experience: Kassia planned an October 2022 wedding for my husband and I. Planning a wedding while in/coming out if the pandemic was difficult as all the missed weddings from the previous two years were pushed to 2022. Kassia made it extremely easy for us to choose vendors and made sure to keep track of all the moving pieces. Her design ideas and itinerary for the day were absolutely incredible, there were no nerves about any of that on my part and I was able to fully enjoy every second of it stress free! Kassia was very flexible with our busy schedules and was prompt in communicating with both us and the vendors. She was always smiling and kind which made meeting with her so fun and effortless! The wedding day was an absolute dream. I felt a great sense of calm and excitement knowing that Kassia was there behind the scenes getting the venue ready, making sure all the wedding party, vendors, photographers, makeup etc. was where they should be and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. When we did our reveal of the venue, I can honestly say I was absolutely floored. Seeing everything we had talked about come together was surreal and it was better than I ever imagined. Kassia literally took the vision and made it real. Her attention to detail and the design made it look like it was out of a magazine. Our guests still talk about how stunning everything was. Fantastic experience: I am so so happy we decided to hire Kassia for our wedding. We did a custom design and coordination package and I honestly believe we couldn't have had the wedding we wanted without her. Fantastic experience: We didn't expect to hire a wedding planner when we first starting the planning process, but as our day got closer we realized that we wanted to enjoy our wedding day instead of spending it running around. We hired Kassia about 6 weeks before our wedding and it was honestly the best decision we made during the entire planning process! Kassia was so lovely to work with! She replied very quickly to emails and had the most amazing suggestions for every aspect of the wedding. On the day of the wedding she was invaluable - discreetly making sure we/our wedding party knew where to be, the food was out, the decorations were in there places, the next speech was on deck, etc. We can't recommend her enough and would highly encourage anyone to reach out to her when planning their wedding!!

Fantastic experience: When my husband and I began planning our wedding we never thought we would end up choosing to hire a wedding planner to help us out but oh my god was it the best decision we made. Seriously the best!! Fantastic experience: Kassia was the ultimate game changer. I honestly am speechless. I could write a novel on everything kassia has done for us. Kassia, my now husband and I, kept in contact for 2 years leading up to our wedding. We planned our wedding for two years due to the pandemic which was already stressful, but hiring Kassia made it so much easier and we would not have had our fairytale wedding if it wasn't for her! Kassia was so responsive with every e-mail or text message that was sent and always came up with a solution. All the way to the day before the wedding when we all of a sudden did not have wine or water glasses. Kassia took it upon herself to make sure these were added to our list of rental items and had them delivered to our house within hours of that call. The wedding day came and she was a complete ninja! She always made sure that I had a mimosa in my hand and wasn't worrying about a thing! She transformed our front yard into a beautiful cocktail party and our backyard into the most romantic dinner setting without even seeing her. From 180 person wedding, down to a 25 person wedding, Kassia made it feel like everything was meant to be. Fantastic experience: My wife and I got married last weekend. We hired Kassia almost two years ago as we were supposed to get married in August 2020 and post poned to May 2021 due to the pandemic. Kassia took care of ALL changes related to COVID. Not only did she take care of this once when we originally decided to post pone, but multiple times leading up to our second May 2021 wedding date when all of the provincial rules changed about four times in the matter of a two week span, a month before our new wedding date. She also went out of her way to check in with how my wife was feeling after each provincial rule change came and made herself available to connect very quickly and help figure out a new plan with adjustments. Throughout the whole process she made everything SO seamless and still helped bring our wedding vision to life, even though we had only 4 family members attend during the stay at home order compared to our original guest count of 230. Her attention to detail reflected from the day we booked her about two years ago, throughout all the pandemic related changes, meetings (a special thank you for attending our meal tasting and delivering the cake testing to us), the few days before our wedding (thank you for the packing list and wedding day timeline to make those days so easy for us to prepare for the big day), to the moment we left our ceremony venue as she helped packed everything up while we were taking photos. Fantastic experience: My husband and I had an absolute blast at our wedding and it's because we didn't have to worry about a thing - Kassia took care of it all. Literally, I could write a 1,000 word essay on all that Kassia did for us. We brought all our wedding stuff to the venue - I'm talking tables and chairs to toilets and tent absolutely everything and she didn't miss a detail. Even helped us secure great staff to clear the plates. I'm not a fancy design person so she helped take the reins for me there and OMG was my wedding stunning. Every detail was thought of, she handled whatever came up, she had great advice for us, she kept us organized and on time throughout the whole process and on the day of. But most of all, she made me feel like she really card about us having our version of a perfect wedding. I always felt comfortable with her, she proved herself trustworthy over and over, and she was so responsive to my texts and emails. She never got flustered which was extremely helpful because I always felt like I was on the brink of a breakdown planning a massive wedding at a venue that wasn't set up for weddings and managing a very demanding full time job. The relief that came with knowing Kassia had it handled was worth every penny. My friends still talk about how much fun they had at our wedding and it makes me feel like I'm there all over again, which is wonderful because the day goes by way too fast. Honestly, I'd consider her a friend. She's the real deal.

Once the pandemic hit, we decided we didn't want to plan another wedding, and to leave it to the professionals, Kassia. BEST decision we've ever made. Fantastic experience: I hired Kassia as my wedding planner. My original wedding plan was cancelled due to covid-19. However, we decided to plan a ceremony anyways and go through a small elopement. Kassia made the transition smoother and easy for me by contacting all my current vendors for the new date had reached out to to new ones for my minimony. All I had to do was show up! Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently got married in July. We had worked with Kassia as our day of coordinator. Words cannot describe how amazing it was to have her and not to mention a big stress reliever. We didn't want to be stressed on our big day and Kassia took the lead on everything. Fantastic experience: We started working with Kassia in June 2018 up until our Wedding day of June 15, 2019. Our venue was an Air B&B rental with no wedding services included. Meaning we needed help ordering/organizing everything (tent, food, drink, tables, chairs, plates, washrooms, DJ, servers, bartenders, and so much more down to the smallest details you'd never think of until you have a wedding) To any normal person this is a logistical nightmare. Kassia took care of everything, she planned out each month of what specifically needed to get done up until the wedding day. She created our Wedding Day Itinerary in great detail and everything went perfectly. She is professional, friendly and goes above and beyond expectations for her clients.
