As the matron of honour planning my best friend’s bridal shower, I wanted everything to be perfect and they absolutely delivered. The floral tower they created was a complete showstopper and the photo backdrop was beyond beautiful. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the space felt so elegant and dreamy. Fantastic experience: I reached out to Enchanted Decor after seeing their beautiful portfolio on instagram. They were able to do their best to work around my budget and still threw in some bonuses. The communication was consistent and clear unlike a lot of others I had spoken to. They came early and set up quickly and the backdrop was incredible. We had a custom sign for the backdrop and it was perfection. It was an absolute delight working with them and I can’t wait to have my own events with them. Come that day, Sarah took over and was totally reliable and came through, going above and beyond for us. All interactions were smooth because she made it about us and catered to what we needed. Setup and take down was no issue at all as they showed up and went to work. So much I didn’t have to worry about on such a busy and eventful day. Negative experience: Be careful when inquiring from this company. They post pictures of other people’s decor work as their own and claim it to be theirs. When I asked them which hall that decor was at, they lied about the location. They wanted to charge me for work which is not theirs and never done by them. When I checked the pictures they posted it was actually done by another decorator. Do your research before booking them. They have a sister account called yycdecor
