Fantastic experience: I got married end of November 2019 and had Alex as my event coordinator. Hands down the BEST decision I made as a bride. Planning, organizing and coordinating a wedding stressed me out and Alex was so organized and helpful. She helped with everything - from the big details down to little details. She was very sweet and I didn’t have to worry about anything on my wedding day and it was such a stress free day. I would recommend Alex to anyone and you would be very lucky to have her ☺️

Fantastic experience: Hiring Alex to help us with our wedding was truly one of the best investments we made. Alex was able to make planning our Manitoba wedding a breeze, while my partner and I were both living out of province. Fantastic experience: By far the best investment you can make on your wedding day! Alex was so amazing to work with, and she helped make our day everything we imagined it to be. She detailed our wedding timeline with us and ensured all our vendors were on the same page. She helped our day flow so smoothly, we didn't have to think about a thing throughout the wedding day and truly just got to enjoy our day with our friends and family! Fantastic experience: When we were looking for a planner, we wanted someone who would help us execute a small, simple, and intimate wedding. Alex quoted us a month-of planning that was perfect for our budget. She was very easy to work with and would communicate with us months before the wedding to make sure everything was being taken cared of. She was very organized which is what we love. Lisa was there with us before the wedding and was helping us tie up everything before the big day. She was a huge help and handled last minute mishaps with grace. Lisa was so professional all throughout and was very nice to us. She certainly delivered! She's an exceptional planner! We couldn't have done it without her! Our wedding went perfectly and everyone had an awesome time. All our guests said that the wedding ceremony and reception was so classy and beautiful! We couldn't have asked for anything more. Fantastic experience: Hiring Alex and her team was one of the best decisions we made! We reached out to Alex one month before our wedding, frantic and stressed about timeline, day of logistics, first look ideas, etc. During our first meeting it was clear she was extremely organized, knowledgeable, and kind, and we hired her that day! We left the first meeting feeling a sense of calm just knowing we had her on our team to talk us through final decision making and handle day of logistics. Over the next month we met with Alex multiple times and exchanged numerous emails, of which she was always quick to respond. The day of the wedding couldn’t have gone smoother thanks to Alex and her team. They setup our decor, coordinated with vendors throughout the day, and revised the schedule on the fly to ensure we got sunset photos. We were able to relax and enjoy our day stress free, and it was seriously the best day ever! Alex and her team exceeded our expectations and we can’t recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had our wedding day June 16th 2018. I hired Alex about 1.5 years before my wedding day as I had quite a long engagement. I can say, without a doubt, this was one of the best decisions I made in my wedding planning journey. Alex is extremely reliable, organized and she listens to what you want. She goes above and beyond what she is paid for. Even when I had only hired Alex for "month of" duties, she emailed me consistently every 3 months to check in and see how I was getting along and remind me of all the things I needed to do. She always had advice and suggestions on what vendors were good, what ideas were feasible and she never criticized the vision my (then) Fiancé and I had. As an extremely organized person myself, and as someone who wants to be in control, the biggest praise I can give Alex is that I handed over my wedding to her the month before without hesitation. She seamlessly contacted all my vendors, ensured the day-of schedule was taken care of, and made my day worry free. She even averted a potential seating disaster when one of the guests at my reception didn't have a seat at his table, she took care of this in 30 seconds flat, on the day, in that moment. When I had a headache halfway through the day - she found and brought me some ibuprofen so I could continue enjoying my day. She ensured the set up and decor I had made, including a very special memory table for those family members who had passed away, was set up and executed beautifully. Simply put, Alex and her team are professional, organized, easy to get in touch with and affordable. Her services were invaluable to me and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her and get to know her. On top of her professional qualities, Alex is a lovely person, who truly loves what she does and makes it clear with every interaction. Thank you Alex for making our day, stress free and beautiful. I am forever grateful.
