Expérience fantastique: We recently had the pleasure of having Hannah be apart of our wedding on Nov 8, 2025 at Silvertip Resort in Canmore, Ab. Hannah thinks of every detail and offers really good suggestions. She not only helped us plan our wedding, she did our full setup, day of coordination and tear down. From the ceremony, cocktail hour to the reception. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Everything was absolutely stunning. You can really tell this is her passion. It was a dream wedding. She took our vision and the beautiful venue and brought to life. Even more stunning than we could have ever imagined. Our wedding day went seamlessly, she was in control of everything. Expérience fantastique: We had the absolute pleasure of working with Hannah for our wedding this past September in downtown Calgary, and I cannot recommend her enough! From start to finish, her guidance and diligence were exceptional. She truly championed our vision and made sure every detail was executed flawlessly. Our beautiful church ceremony at St. Mary’s Cathedral was everything we dreamed of. The flowers, done by Calyx (her recommendation), were stunning and complemented the space perfectly. She was really flexible in regards to the weather and held off on setting everything up until the last possible second to ensure that my husband and I could have the outdoor ceremony we wanted. Living outside of the country this was a destination wedding that Hannah was able to lead the charge on while we were out of pocket. She really shined with all of our decor. She found the rental company for us to work with and pieced together our entire vision. She created and printed signage for us and made our vision become a reality. When our wedding day came we couldn’t believe it all went off without a hitch ! It truly was the perfect experience with the help of her expertise. From the very beginning, she was completely dedicated to making every single wish of mine come true. She literally brought my Pinterest board to life in the most beautiful way. Hannah answered every call, text, and email immediately, no matter the time of day, and her hands-on approach made me feel supported and stress-free throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, she handled everything seamlessly, allowing me and my husband to truly be present and enjoy every moment. Expérience fantastique: Hannah was great particularly on the wedding day. She was onsite from early morning until the end of the event. Everything was set up beautifully and she was creative with setting up the venue which was a small space and it was beauty. Her recommendations for chairs and lighting were spot on as well as her vendor for flowers. Expérience fantastique: Having never worked with a planner before this event, we truly did not know what to expect or how involved we needed to be ect. We had this vision for our elaborate stampede party, faux wedding reception, engagement celebration that seemed crazy at first. But Hannah heard us, took our vision and fully ran with it. The way she brought every element to life was incredible and way beyond my expectations. Every single detail was done to perfection. Many of our guests commented on the attention to detail and how amazing everything looked and several also commented on how great Hannah was, constantly topping up the candy bar and the chips and making sure everything was in place and looking great right to the end. It was truly incredible and we will have those memories for the rest of our lives.

We had the most excellent, beautiful and special day, culminating in our marriage ceremony and beautiful reception that was in large part designed by our angel Hannah, of MORE Events Co. We are eternally grateful to Hannah for her attention to detail, advice, kindness and care in the months leading up to our big day. Most notably, my typically very type A, organized, plan-ahead man forgot the rings! It ended up being absolutely hilarious, and such a core memory. They were just down the road, and Hannah immediately sprung into action, literally sprinting away to retrieve them. Our entire crowd was so impressed, and it just added another layer of gratitude for everything that she is, and her commitment to us...even if it included some unplanned HIIT cardio There are so many things to think of, book and plan for in even a smaller wedding like ours, and I know without a doubt that I wouldn't have checked every box and known what to do and when, without Hannah's know-how. And, our rings definitely wouldn't have made it to the alter with such haste. THANK YOU HANNAH! We just love and appreciate you so very much, we can't say it enough. Expérience fantastique: Our recent experience with Hannah was our first time working with her but it definitely will not be our last. Hannah led the planning of a large corporate client celebratory event that far exceeded our expectations. She came up with many creative ideas and when they were all pulled together our staff and clients left the event feeling like they had participated in something truly spectacular. I had peers from other companies telling me their President's attended the event and made mention to them how amazing it was. The feedback was, "we know how to throw a party"! Expérience fantastique: One review cannot do justice to how amazing Hannah is. We hired her to do month of coordination and design services for our wedding on Sep 16, 2023 and I had no idea at the time how imperative she would be to our day. Every suggestion she made was thoughtful and considered our personal tastes and budget. She handled the entire process flawlessly from dealing with an A-type bride, giving us multiple options and suggestions, handling all our vendors, setting up the venue, tearing down the venue, utilizing different design pieces throughout the space to keep things cost effective, and thought on her feet to resolve issues quickly. Just to name a few. She did everything we needed and did not push anything we didn’t need. She truly cared about our day and it showed in her work and her communication. Expérience fantastique: Hannah was fantastic to deal with for our wedding. Her month of coordination kept us on top of all the details and led to a much more stress free and relaxed wedding day. The day of coordination was also excellent to set everything up, ensure all ran smoothly, and keep us as close as possible to our schedule. I would 10/10 recommended for any future weddings.

Expérience fantastique: We can't say enough about Hannah and MORE events. Hannah planned our corporate Christmas getaway party for over 150 staff and their families. This involved 2 nights at a hotel, a formal dinner and dance, a children’s party for over 40 children, a bowling night and many other meals and activities in between. From beginning to end there was not a detail that Hannah overlooked. She is professional, creative, responsive, organized and gave us exactly what we were looking for (and more). . From start to finish she was always on top of everything and communicated with us regularly to keep us and the guests updated and informed. She handled absolutely everything from the largest to the very smallest of details. Our party was a great success and will be remembered by our staff and their families for many years to come, and for this we cannot thank Hannah enough!

We pulled off the wedding of our dreams in 10 weeks and it couldn't have done this without these two...seriously! Hannah - you were exceptional to work with. You had a vision for what the day would look like long before we did and the end result was perfect. The countless hours you spent organizing, coordinating and reworking things for us was so appreciated. Thank you for all the emails, texts and phone calls and for being our voice of reason throughout the planning process. The vendors you recommended were also phenomenal and we'd put our name behind any of them. Paul - so amazing...was an absolute dream to work with and the quality of his work is exceptional. Hi Tech Productions was excellent. Our DJ was a pleasant surprise and kept us dancing throughout the night. The flowers and décor were beautiful....LOVED the flower wall. Christina - thank you for your coordination and support throughout the evening. You checked in regularly, brought forward solutions when needed and kept everything running smoothly. It was a late night for you and we appreciate all your help. The entire wedding went off without a hitch and you two played a major role in this. Jarrett and I felt that nothing was overlooked. We weren't stressed or concerned at any point the day of and were able to enjoy every moment. Thank you for making the activities leading up to and our wedding day amazing.

Expérience fantastique: After 3 years of postponing our inaugural gala it was full steam ahead in May 2022. With only 3 months to execute, I reached out to Hannah and she took our event in hand and delivered over and above our expectations. She realized what I had conceptualizer and brought it to life. She was organized, diligent and attentive throughout our short turn around. I would highly recommend More Events.

Expérience négative: Hannah is kind and was great with helping us plan our wedding reception; but two months before our event she mentioned she won’t be present at the event due to a pre-planned vacation (which she didn’t mention before) and someone else would be there coordinating our event who we have not met until a hour before the event. We would’ve liked to know from day 1 that she (Hannah) had a vacation planned and was not going to be coordinating our reception. Her, not mentioning that before, was very unprofessional. This messed up many things and we felt that the person who replaced Hannah didn’t do a good job. She didn't know exactly when to have everything ready by. She wasn’t organized and couldn’t finish the setup before the guests started arriving. She miss-placed some of the decor items on the table, we (bride & groom) and some of our friends had to go to each table to fix it. Also, she didn't have our wedding guest table ready on time. Her responsibility was to make sure the event runs smoothly but that never happened. Overall our experience wasn't good.

Expérience fantastique: Hannah and Christina were probably the only reasons our wedding day went so smoothly! We worked with Hannah very closely for the few months leading up to our wedding and appreciated all of her advice - we are so glad we listened to her expertise because it made the day so much better. From florals to scheduling to decor, Hannah helped everything happen smoothly and honestly I don't know how I could have coordinated it all without her. Christina was our day-of coordinator and she was awesome - from dealing with a night-before mixup in no time and ensuring all of our guests (and us) were happy all night. I thought I could have done this on my own as a type A and organized person but I can stand here confidently and say that I would not have been able to pull this off (and be as stress-free) without MORE Events.
