Lynn won us over with her deep knowledge about our wedding venue. Her wealth of experience and expertise assured us that we can lean on her and her team, especially given that we were planning our wedding from afar. Our hope was confirmed with Morgan. Morgan immediately put us at ease with her kindness, patience, and understanding. Despite our busy schedules, she was able to keep us on track and flawlessly brought our vision to life while exceeding all expectations. Expérience fantastique: Out of all the decisions we made, hiring LFW and specifically Jody McBeath, as our wedding producer was the best decision we made for our wedding. Knowing what we know now, after our incredible wedding, I can truly say this is an investment for you two, your families, your wedding party, your guests, and your vendors that you will be so glad you made. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and that is thanks to Jody, her expertise and guidance, along with the hard work of the rest of the LFW team. She made the whole wedding planning process so much fun, to the point that we’re sad it’s all over. The wedding industry is so small in Banff and these ladies have basically worked with everyone and have great relationships with every else you book. We worked with Morgan on our wedding at the Fairmont Banff Springs and while at times we were a little overwhelmed planning, Morgan helped us make sure all the little details were perfect and our wedding turned out more beautiful than I ever could have imagined.

She executed our vision flawlessly and the design turned out absolutely perfectly. I felt she did a great job helping us balance our budget and making it go as far as possible. She was a very calming presence to have around and encouraged us not to stress leading up to the event. And she looked after us in so many small but thoughtful ways - for example, placing a fan behind our table so we wouldn't get hot during dinner, delivering our bouquet to the preservationist. She nailed every single one of my requests and helped pull off every detail. I'd highly recommend working with her! I also was glad she was part of LFW - the company overall has deep relationships and respect from other vendors and from venues (ours was Chateau Lake Louise) so that made so many things so much easier. And their team is able to support each other when people get sick or injured - we always felt supported knowing there was a team behind them. Would highly recommend both LFW and Morgan!

As my husband and I set out to plan our wedding in Banff, we knew it would come with some challenges and nuances since we are not locals to the area and have never planned an international wedding. That’s when we decided to call in the experts at LFW, and we had the pleasure of working with the one and only Lynn Fletcher herself. It’s hard to really put into words how great of an experience it was working with Lynn and LFW. Probably the best way to convey the experience was a “feeling of safety”; a feeling of being taken under someone’s wing, knowing your best intentions are being looked out for. In the year leading up to our wedding, Lynn took the time and care to understand who we were as people, and, more importantly, as a couple. We put our trust in her…and we are so glad we did. She was our protector on our wedding day. She carved out little moments throughout the day to check in on us, and made sure that we didn’t get wrapped up in all the stress that usually comes with weddings, but instead made sure we could truly enjoy it. One thing she did that I truly loved was revealing the reception to us alone while our guests were enjoying a happy hour in another room. All three of our faces (mine, my husband and Lynn’s) lit up with joy and excitement as we reflected on what a years worth of planning brought us. Through our relationship in planning, we built trust with each other. We knew that things would turn out exactly as they should because Lynn was on top of it. Reflecting on the amazing day, one thing was immediate from both Travis and I; that we felt so taken care of on our day…and that made it even more special. We cannot recommend Lynn and her team enough - if you’re even considering booking LFW, just do it. We can attest you won’t regret it.

Expérience négative: How does that saying go again?…. Oh yah, “time is money”. It would be great if my TIME was respected. I booked my wedding consultation in advance, and had taken the day off work. I called at 2pm for my call to be sent to voicemail. I called again a few times more. No answer. I was then sent an email to say my consultation was cancelled. Unprofessional, thank you for showing me this before money had been exchanged.

Expérience fantastique: Where do I even begin.....Our journey with LFW begin in 2021 when after a few cocktails with friends we were planning a wedding. We both have been married before and wanted more of a celebration of bringing 2 families as well as our friends together for a fun, relaxing, memorial evening. We decided to incorporate a James Bond theme to give everyone a chance to dress up and enjoy themselves after the shutdown Covid brought. Our search for a planner brought us to Lynn, Jody and the team at LFW. I cannot tell you how these ladies took an idea and ran with it to execute the most magical event for us and our guests. We worked with Jody on the planning from start to finish. Her expertise, visions, gentle approach, and understanding the stress a couple goes through made the 1 1/2 year of prep flawless. Rick played a huge part in the planning of our wedding and loved that Jody could so easily see his vision. There were times we were in awe of her energy, compassion and drive. Jody wasn't able to be with us the day of our wedding due to another commitment but she did leave us in the capable and professional hands of Lynn. Expérience fantastique: When our wedding was postponed in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were devastated. This was just a few weeks before we would be boarding a plane and heading out to Banff to celebrate our love with family and friends. But Lynn and her team were there for us every step of the way, helping us navigate the uncertainty and ensuring that our new wedding date was just as special as we had originally planned. From the moment we contacted her about postponing, she immediately sprang into action, working with all of our vendors to reschedule everything for a later date. (Multiple times btw!) Lynn was always there to offer support and reassurance during an incredibly difficult time, and her positivity and determination helped us keep our spirits up. Even with all the challenges that came with planning a wedding during a pandemic, our planner never missed a beat. She kept us informed every step of the way, helped us find creative solutions to any problems that arose, and made sure that our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We can’t say enough about Jody’s professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. As professionals in another industry, we recognized the value of having expert help, especially for an event that happens once in a lifetime. We interviewed many wedding planners in the Canadian Rockies region and ultimately settled on LFW. In our initial meeting, we surfaced some thoughts and inspirations on wedding design, and Jody ran with them. The greenery she designed with roots in transparent vases was beyond anything we had envisioned. She gave us options for all aspects of the wedding and – most importantly – gave us the rationale for those options, so that we could choose between realistic trade-offs. For example, certain scheduling choices provide a more natural flow for guests, but could interfere with photos. Or, the board where guests find their seating arrangements is beautiful as a mirror, but photographers don’t like photographing it. I can think of many more examples. Throughout the 18 months between our meeting and the wedding, my life was much easier because of Jody and LFW. I never felt behind on planning. I had conviction that this huge event would move forward seamlessly. I had a confidant and boots on the ground for any unforeseen issues (and there were some!). That benefit to my quality of life cannot be understated. On our wedding weekend at the Chateau Lake Louise, Jody went into action mode, making sure every detail was in place. She put umbrellas in the truck after seeing a sudden rain-shower before leaving Calgary. I had a last-minute question about the steamer and Jody was there to help. Right before our dance, she did a lightning-fast job on the tiny hooks of my wedding gown bustle. She checked in with us at important moments, like before our entrance to the reception room. I will always think of Jody and LFW as a key part of one of the absolute most important moments of our lives. I first reached out to them in the middle of 2019, then after 3 wedding day changes, finally got to see them in action at our wedding in July 2022. Throughout all the pandemic, Jody and the team made us feel incredibly supported and heard. Lynn herself listened to our vision on the first call and explained how a couple in Miami can plan the perfect wedding in Banff Springs. From that second we knew we had the right team. After the first session Lynn matched us with Jody(our Angel) whom dealt with our difficult schedule's, and varying time zones was an absolute godsent and a master of her craft. We cannot say enough good things about Lynn Fletcher and her team that could do any justice to LFW’s incredible vision, strengths and execution. From the moment we started interviewing wedding planners, Lynn got us extremely excited for our big weekend and helped us figure out precisely what we wanted to focus on for our weekend. We knew Lynn was the preeminent wedding planner in the region, but now that we’ve had the chance to work with her and her team, we clearly understand why. Lynn was able to pull out and execute (perfectly) on our vision from 4,000km away, planning the entire wedding for us on a complete-remote basis from New York City. We put extreme trust in her and her team, and she worked with all of her and our vendors and the venue at the Banff Springs Hotel to seamlessly to build and then run our dream wedding. Even though we had a very detailed idea of everything we chose, seeing the weekend come together under Lynn’s direction was truly a sight to behold. We didn’t think we were going to be surprised with all the detail and planning after spending time picking and choosing every element (with Lynn’s help), but wow we were (and still are) blown away. One reveal after another, it was a weekend of euphoria and pure satisfaction with how everything went. Our day-of experience was incredible and stress free. In fact, with Lynn and her team’s shepherding (which itself was impressive given all the work behind the scenes to set up for the weekend and events), our entire wedding ran AHEAD of schedule. Our 15 person bridal party and every one of the dozens of vendors working on our weekend were on cue and running like clockwork. The quality and sophistication of Lynn’s production made our weekend absolutely stress free, and above all, our wedding weekend was one we could deeply enjoy with our friends and family. Above all, we had a very detailed plan, vendors coming in from across North America (our band and entertainment crew from Los Angeles, and officiant from Philadelphia) and had a very technically complex weekend planned… however, Lynn handled everything like a breeze with the utmost of professionalism and class. She moved all of our vendors from date to date and rolled with every new regulation as it came out and found a way to make it work. She spent hours on the phone with the Canadian government to make sure we could have our reception. She sourced and interacted with all of our vendors to create my vision. She strung over 2000 cranes to decorate our second ballroom. She ordered cookies that looked like our two mini labradoodles when they couldn’t make the trip and I wanted to include them. Every cost was delivered in line item for review and agreed upon in advance. There were no surprises. She graciously responded to hundreds of emails, Instagram DMs, and text messages as my tastes evolved over the two years of planning. Ultimately, we ended up with the most perfect wedding I could have imagined. Everyone says that something will go wrong at your wedding and you should just roll with it. I kept waiting for that to happen. Nothing went wrong. Every detail was beyond my expectations (and I am not easily impressed). Even our exceedingly well traveled guests were impressed by the flowers, the décor, and the event in general. She helped us to make a memorable weekend for all of our guests that we will cherish forever. I received one wedding gift and the card said, “there is only one word to describe your wedding: EPIC!” I would recommend Jody and Lynn Fletcher Weddings to anyone. My original wedding was planned to be 120 people with a "strolling supper" concept where food and mingling would be the focus. Then, March 2020 hit and everything that we had originally planned was no longer an option. I was devastated and frankly gave up on the idea of having the wedding in 2020. With some gentle coaxing from Jody and Lynn, I eventually warmed up to the idea of having a Covid wedding. Our guest count became 23 people and, our location changed but, my vision for how our wedding looked, but more importantly feel, far exceeded my expectations. Jody consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. I know I am biased, but I can safely say, my wedding was best wedding I have been to yet. I’ve heard so many horror stories about wedding planners trying to upsell you on un-necessary items or charging extra for weird/unneccessary things, but never once did Jody try and do any of that. Our wedding budget was not unlimited nor was it as large as some of the weddings LWF plans, but never once did this matter to Jody and she worked her hardest to make our day picture perfect even with our budget. She setup our venue perfectly, everything ran seamlessly, and I trusted the entire time that if anything went wrong shewas more than capable of handling it. The best part – her and the LWF team handled tear down, which let me tell you was worth every penny. You do NOT want to worry about clean-up the day after your wedding. Expérience fantastique: We hired LFW for a basic day of coordination package, and initially my fiance was expressing doubts about why we even needed a wedding planner, was it value add, etc. BOY WAS IT EVER. Our original wedding plans of 250 guests were impacted by covid-19, and were turned on its head. We cancelled the original wedding, but still wanted to persist to get married in the same general timeframe. Lynn and our coordinator Annie patiently worked with us as we hummed and hawed about what to do amidst so much uncertainty. When we finally decided to go forward, the team seriously jumped into action to make our wedding possible, safe, and beautiful. I can't even fully express how much we appreciated Annie - with a super compressed time frame to plan, she helped us negotiate with difficult vendors, sourced last minute videography/live-streaming so we could include guests who could no longer attend, thought through logistics for social distancing, and even sourced extra decor for us that ended up being free. There were things that weren't technically included in our package, but she went above and beyond to just make it happen for us, as I think she sincerely just wanted us to have a great day after all the obstacles we had dealt with. Our intimate wedding of 35 was honestly so touching and well executed thanks to Annie and the whole team at LFW. What REALLY made us love LFW was when Emma took over everything and communicated with us every step of the way. We relied on her for everything and trusted her to get everything perfect for our wedding day. Expérience fantastique: LFW: Just the name alone you know you’re a) in the best hands ever b) you’re wedding details will be beyond this world (galaxy, ) and c) extremely well looked after, above top notch!! I can’t express enough how professional, calm and accommodating Lynn and Jody were during our wedding plans. I could go on for hours with the countless, above expectations experience they provided us. An example would be the fact that it was very apparent on our first visit I found my bling Sista, so Lynn new just how important bling, sparkly and shiny everything “must” be. To save on the length of this review, it turned out that the indoor sparkler fireworks, I had my heart set on for so long, just wasn’t going to pan out. Fast forward to our 1st dance, 30 seconds into the dance, at the most perfect moment, fire sparklers went off on the dance floor. I was so Shocked, gleaming from ear to ear wondering who and how the heck. Well I’ll tell you that’s what Lynn & Jody do for their clients (with the help of their partner Pez Productions). Their priority is to KNOW their clients and from that they learn what is important to their clients which gives them the best power to give all their clients the best day for their wedding. Further, I had the misfortune of a bridesmaid backing out of attending the wedding due to an illness. Bawling my eyes out to Jody she knew exactly what to do, how to handle it and took care of everything for me, right down to the tiniest detail that no one would ever know there was a missing party. Another really fun aspect was my groom is a star wars “freak” and also was of the opinion that wedding cakes are a waste of money. So he came up with the idea of a fake wedding cake piñata, that looked real. Lynn was able to get her hands on a set of light sabers for us and Jody and Lynn were able cook up a way to get the “cake” suspended and wheeled out to the dance floor in order for us to perform our short dual to a section of the music from Dual of the Fates, which at the end we pulled on a string that opened the floor of the piñata spilling out tonnes of candy for the kids at our wedding. This aspect of our wedding is still talked about today (6months later). Lastly but not last, I was likely the most “A” type perfectionist, pickiest, but on a budget bride they have ever dealt with. I was so nervous that the vision I had in my head wouldn’t actually transpire to reality because of my budget and affordability. A unique thing that LFW does is they allow time for a room reveal before anyone enters, so the bride and groom can take it all in. Well, I was so wrong, they saw my vision, they saw my uniqueness, they saw my elegance and they saw the softness. They hands down 110% made it all happen. I was overwhelmed with emotion, awe and complete gratitude. How did I get this lucky to have found two people to take so much time, care and attention into making my day theee perfect design and choreography for the day to be so beautiful?!! That’s just what LFW does, period!! It’s really hard to wrap up LFW team, services and experiences in a nut shell because it is all never ending right to the very next day when you’re off sleeping in or having your first cup of coffee as Mr & Mrs, they are taking care of all the packing up and clean up. Expérience fantastique: I cannot recommend Jody and the Lynn Fletcher Wedding team enough! My (now) husband and I lived in the states and wanted to have our dream wedding up in beautiful Lake Louise but we knew little about the surrounding area. Jody from LFW was invaluable to us and by far the best investment we made. I was finishing up my masters degree at the time and Jody was essential to keeping us on track and checking in with us along the way. Jody took care of everything for us and she was full of ideas, inspiration and knowledge about the best vendors to partner with that fit our budget and our tastes. We wanted to have a smaller, more intimate wedding and the LFW team transformed a large space to feel cozy and intimate which, was just what we wanted. I know not many brides can say this, but our wedding day went off without a hitch, and if there was one I didn't know about it because Jody & the LFW team took care of it. Our big day was smooth sailing and it was everything we could have hoped and dreamed for. Working with Jody & LFW took away so much stress for me and it was a relief to know we had an expert to turn to at any point during our engagement. A wedding planner should be the first thing on every brides list and the LFW team is the BEST. Strongly recommend, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them.

When I had contracts fall through she gave a ton of recommendations, when I was super nervous she legitimately calmed me down right before I walked down the aisle, and her team was on top of everything from start to finish. I had an alterations disaster with my dress literally five days before the wedding and texted Jody at 10:30 at night. IMMEDIATELY she got back to me with a bunch of suggestions from her team. Expérience fantastique: I can’t gush enough over what an incredible job Jody, Lynn, and the whole LFW crew did for our wedding - A+++++ work. The whole weekend felt like our personal fairy tale. My wife and I had an ambitious and complicated wedding plan: a one hundred thirty-guest, multicultural (Hindu/Jewish) destination wedding with three outfits, two separate ceremonies, and lunch, cocktails, and dinner. From our first consult with Lynn, her excitement to work with us was clear, not because we were challenge or a novel experience, but because she clearly knew that she and her team would be able to make something really special happen. Planning with Jody and Lynn was effortless. After only a couple of conversations with them, a plan had come together, a vision for our decor and a timeline for our day. They helped us flesh this out, managing the details we didn’t want to handle (e.g. table cards, a guest book, etc) and guiding us through the decisions we weren’t sure about (e.g. how to allocate our decor budget, which linens to use, etc). After some difficulties with our venue and catering that could have upended all of our plans, they ran interference for us and really saved our wedding. The entire weekend was seamless. Jody and Lynn’s work allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding with zero stress. It felt like they were everywhere, directing traffic and herding our guests from room to room. At the same time, the team was unobtrusive. I don’t even remember my boutonniere going on, I just know it was on my lapel before I walked down the aisle! Giving LFW complete control over our decor was one of the best decisions we could have made. The florals they picked out were gorgeous and tasteful. We got tons of positive feedback, but was stress free and a complete, delightful surprise! Several people pulled us aside after the wedding to tell us earnestly that it was the most incredible event they had ever attended. Most importantly, my wife and I felt the same. LFW deserves all the credit for giving us such a special day.

We worked closely with Amy for 1.5 years towards planning our wedding, and cannot more wholeheartedly recommend her and LFW for wedding planning design and execution. Our wedding fell towards the farther end of the spectrum in terms of complex logistical coordination as we essentially had two separate receptions back-to-back, both of which went off perfectly. Additionally, we are also likely among the more detail-oriented people, and Amy showed tremendous care and attention to detail around both the big and little things. She also had a fantastic eye for matching our decor and design preferences with the appropriate vendors and adding her own creative touches throughout. Literally ALL of our guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended in their lives, and a large part of that was due to Amy and her unbelievable design and execution talent. We knew we were in safe hands throughout the planning process and on the day of, and it really made us feel so calm and just able to have the most fun throughout. I selected the deluxe package which consisted of all-inclusive planning assistance of my wedding from start to finish, including day of coordinating. Once I decided on the location and date I was a bit nervous planning a wedding from about 4,500km away, but from the first inquiry email to my first phone call with Lynn herself and then assigned Amy (my planner) my nerves were immediately put at ease. They make planning a wedding as stress-free as they can. They provide all the additional information from recommendations for photographers, DJs/music, wedding cake, videographers, stationary, officiants anything and everything you need they can provide the information and suggestions for. Amy and I had regular scheduled phone calls but she was always available over email if I had any questions or concerns. The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish of the planning stage. Now to the wedding day, Amy made this day absolutely stress-free not only for me but for our families. Amy and her team coordinated everything for the whole day. I honestly could not have asked for a better team! LFW and Amy are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them for a wedding planner.
