Expérience fantastique: We started planning our wedding with Fleur weddings team in 2021. Our planners were Erin and May, and Flora was our decor designer. My wife and I wanted a small, intimate, romantic wedding surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Our exact words were, we wanted a lake, mountains, cliffs, forests, camp fire, and a starry sky. Oh boy did Fleur deliver on that. For us, venue selection was the most critical decision. We love nature, and immediately shot down all locations in southern Ontario. A destination wedding in the Canadian rockies became our top choice, and we are extremely thankful that Erin helped us find Emerald Lake Lodge. It is breathtakingly beautiful, it had everything, I couldn't image a better spot for us. Once venue was finalized, everything else just kind of fell in place. Fleur guided us through all the tasks over the past year, helped us find and secure all the vendors, Flora nailed the decor, she even did a site visit in April. My wife and I are both busy working, we like to procrastinate on other stuff at times, Fleur really made it easy for us. On the wedding day, there were a few minor issues with some vendors, Fleur took care of everything for us, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. The wedding went smoothly, it was as beautiful as we could hope for, while being within budget. Organizing a destination wedding in the middle of the rocky mountains in summer of 2022 is no easy task. We'd like to thank Erin, May, and Flora for helping us organize the wedding we wanted. It was money very well spent.

They were like our second brains to bring our wedding dream to life. Always met our energy and brought their creative ideas. Execution wise- it went flawlessly, from the initial call until the day after the wedding. We absolutely recommend them.

Expérience fantastique: We cannot recommend Candy and her team at Fleur highly enough. From the very beginning, Candy was incredibly responsible, organized, and easy to reach. No matter the question or concern, she was always responsive and proactive, making us feel supported and confident throughout the entire planning process. She kept track of every deadline meticulously and ensured that nothing was ever overlooked. Candy also took the lead in communicating with all of our venues and vendors, negotiating details and arrangements exactly as we envisioned for our wedding. When we made the big decision to change venues and turn our celebration into a destination wedding, Candy was nothing but supportive. She handled the transition smoothly and reassured us every step of the way, which made what could have been a stressful change feel manageable and even exciting. We also want to highlight our florist, Jennifer, who played such an important role in bringing the wedding look to life. She helped us choose the perfect color palette and floral design, and she created a bouquet that was absolutely stunning and felt completely “us.” Jennifer was also incredibly collaborative and professional—she communicated directly with the venue when needed and helped negotiate details simultaneously, which made the whole process smoother and stress-free. The Fleur team went above and beyond during the wedding itself. They helped set up the room and prepare the gifts the day before, and on the wedding day, they were present the entire time, attending to our needs while coordinating seamlessly with the venue behind the scenes. Candy, Jennifer, and the entire Fleur team did an excellent job, and we are so grateful for their dedication and care.

She was super communicative throughout the entire process and made our dreams come true on our special day. All the guests loved the decor and we received many compliments. Victoria was our wedding planner and I cannot express how hard she works. On our wedding day, we did not have to worry about a single thing. Victoria always made sure we were well hydrated and our speeches were ready on the podium. She would consistently check up on us so that we did not have to stress on our most important day. From the sign-in cards to the drink pairing menu and other small touches, they designed so many custom elements that made our wedding feel deeply personal and truly special. A huge, professional onsite team on the wedding day. They showed up with a full crew, managed every detail, coordinated every vendor, and ensured the entire day ran smoothly from start to finish. Lightning-fast communication. They always responded immediately — even when dealing with our vendors in China to finalize designs and details. Same-day highlight video. They sent us a short video the very same day so we could share the moment with friends and family right away. Above and beyond. Fleur took on so many extra tasks and added design touches that we never expected but truly appreciated. Design-wise: Everything was stunning, photogenic, and incredibly unique. They created design elements we would never have thought of ourselves — all cohesive, thoughtful, and perfectly aligned with our Mario theme. One of the biggest hits was the Mario-kart racing experience they sourced for us. It became the most popular activity at our wedding. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to race ourselves because our guests were having too much fun! Overall, Fleur played a huge part in making our wedding magical, unforgettable, and absolutely flawless. Their talent, dedication, and passion shine through in every detail. Expérience fantastique: Picking Fleur as my wedding planner was by far the BEST decision I made in my entire wedding planning process. They literally handled every single thing from A-to-Z. Handling all of our crazy requests, staying on top of tasks, and making the impossible happen. We literally added 3 to 4 vendors in the last WEEK before the actual wedding , with 1 of them being added literally 48 hours before. Did they complain? No. Did they get it done? Absolutely. Seriously, every time one of my friends or family members is getting married. The first thing I tell them is that they MUST reach out to Fleur. There is simply no other choice for a wedding planner than this incredible , highly organized, extremely dedicated, and exceptionally thorough team. Words cannot truly express our gratitude. Thank you again to Erin, May, Susan & the entire Fleur team! All of you went above and beyond what was expected, and truly made our day picture perfect.

From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful — offering thoughtful recommendations and insights that were perfectly tailored to our preferences. We had a small wedding at Casa Loma, and the package she helped us organize covered everything — ceremony planning, venue rental, photographer, videographer, makeup artist, décor, and even a live band. The band was amazing — several of our guests said the vibe felt like something out of Bridgerton! The decor turns out stunning! The entire day was completely stress-free because Victoria and her team had every detail under control. We didn’t have to worry about a thing — we could just enjoy the day. Highly recommend Victoria if you want a beautiful, seamless, and truly personal wedding experience.

She also ended up coordinating my wedding the day of. Kitty, Jennifer and Erin was on the ball making sure everything went right. They really did take care of everything. They were prepared for all kinds of scenarios - really showcase their experience. Our vendors and venue also loved Fleur! Would recommend working with them to plan future events.

Choosing Fleur to plan and design our wedding seven years ago (in 2018) remains one of the best decisions of our lives, on par with choosing my life partner. Almost exactly six years ago, the team crafted our wedding day with such magic and precision that we have considered them a part of our story ever since. They didn't just plan an event; they built the foundation for our marriage's first chapter with such grace, creativity, and impeccable attention to detail. It is a rare and beautiful thing to watch a relationship grow and deepen over the years. We have had the joy of watching Fleur grow, and they, in turn, have been a constant, supportive presence in our lives. We discovered Fleur because every wedding we admired had their name attached — and once we met them, we understood why. They had deep experience with Chinese wedding traditions, which was very important to us, and they never once pressured us or made us question our preferences. Instead, they anticipated what we didn’t even know we needed, which put us instantly at ease. Susan guided us through the first year and a half of planning, and Victoria seamlessly took over in the final stretch. Both were always responsive (even late at night with our schedules), kind, and endlessly patient. On the wedding day, they ran everything with incredible professionalism — headsets, clear communication, and calm control even when schedules shifted. We never once felt stressed because they had it all handled, down to a kit for clothing fixes and a full team for last-minute décor adjustments. And then there’s Jennifer — a design genius. What we thought we wanted completely transformed once we saw her vision. She wove modern Chinese elements inspired by our favorite travels in Xi’an and Zhangjiajie into the design: mountain scrolls, glowing bamboo, illuminated trees that recalled Everbright City. Walking into the venue felt like being transported into our most cherished memories, reimagined for our family and friends. It was breathtaking. Fleur made us feel supported, heard, and truly cared for. They didn’t just plan a wedding — they created an experience that felt uniquely ours. We would recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple. Whatever your dream is, they’ll bring it to life.

Making the most beautiful wedding is Fleur’s expertise and you would already see from pictures of the hundreds of 5 stars review here so I won’t need to elaborate more. But there is a difference between planning a beautiful wedding and giving a person the best day of their life. Fleur does both, and that’s how they set themselves apart from others. from start of the planning, our planner May always seek to understand deeply our needs, tailor options to our uniqueness. From our venue, live band, MC, entertainments, decor - everything was the perfect choice for us and we didn’t even knew they existed before May brought them to us. you know you can trust a team when they manage your budget and spending like it’s their own. May not only find the best cost efficient options, she negotiated and negotiated until we get the best bang for our buck. I trust her so much to the point I chase after her to say: “May how can I pay you and Fleur more to do more for me? Can you please help me with rehearsal dinner/afterparty?” I just knew it was gonna make this best decision I made on Fleur an even better one. and boy did I have the best 36 hours of my life, from rehearsal dinner the night before to the afterparty into the early morning after. There was no a single thing I needed to worry about beside enjoying myself. Even though we had 100 guests, countless boat rides, two literal buses - I didn’t even spare a second on worrying logistics and can focus all of myself with friends, family, loved ones and my new husband. Fleur team took care of my stuff, coordinated all the vendors, fed me, watered me, boozed me whenever I needed, held my bustle, fixed my veil, packed my designer stuff to my mom so they won’t get lost. You name it they are already on top of it. You can pay for a great wedding planning service, you can pay premium for an exceptional one. But how do you name a price on having the absolute best day of your life? I just know I got a steal. Thank you Fleur team, thank you May! Thank you Candy, Kitty, Sam and Flora for everything!

Expérience fantastique: As there’s always room for improvement, our true rating is 4.5 — but since only whole numbers are allowed, we’ll happily give 5. Overall, we’re very grateful for everything they did to bring our unique, Nanyang-themed wedding vision to life, and we couldn’t be happier with how beautifully everything came together. We strongly recommend Fleur to couples looking for a planning team who can deliver both professionalism and genuine care. The reason for the 0.5 deduction is that in the final 3 months leading up to the wedding, when the workload picked up, we felt there were a number of things we could have been guided to start earlier. For us, the moments of tension usually came from not knowing what was happening behind the scenes and feeling anxious about whether we were missing something. In hindsight, we think everyone could have benefited from clarifying each party’s working style in the first few meetings. For couples like us, if Fleur could provide a general planning timeline with clearer guidance and deadlines, it would help us help Fleur help us — and keep things moving more smoothly. We also understand Fleur may avoid timelines because they hold themselves to a high standard and want couples to feel as little burden as possible, but at the end of the day, a wedding is one of the most important days of a couple’s life, and it’s not realistic (or desirable) for couples to do little to no work. Figuring out how Fleur and couples can work better together would be the key takeaway here. That said, the things Fleur and our planner Candy did exceptionally well deserve full praise. Candy brought incredible positivity and emotional support throughout the journey — I often reached out to her late at night when I was anxious about details like whether guests would stay for our weekday dance floor, and she was always patient and reassuring. She never dismissed my ideas — even though many were DIY projects we made ourselves, which meant Fleur’s team had the extra responsibility of setting them up and looking after them. They handled it all with enthusiasm and care, and everything ran so smoothly thanks to them. We also want to highlight Jennifer, who not only made our décor vision come to life with stunning design, but also went to bat for us when rigging costs for ceiling décor came in higher than expected. She helped negotiate and coordinate so we could still achieve the look we wanted, and she was at the venue from 6am until late at night, working tirelessly. Victoria was also amazing, guiding the morning tea ceremony, driving my parents to the venue, helping with my dress and water during photos, and even making sure I got to taste our chosen hors d’oeuvres and cocktail when I was tucked away changing. Erin impressed us from the very first consultation and was there on the day with walkie-talkie in hand, calmly handling logistics, and the rest of the Fleur team (including one member we didn’t catch the name of) worked so hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. Another strength of Fleur is their connections with outstanding vendors. We loved working with our photographer Eric Cheng, videographer Luke (Still Film Studio), makeup artists Joyce (Louminous Makeup), and our MC Jimmy Li with his incredible live band. Fleur also had a collaboration with Harry Rosen that helped us save money on my husband’s outfits, which we appreciated. Their ability to recommend and partner with such talented professionals gave us complete confidence and made our wedding day even more seamless and memorable. Because of Candy and the entire Fleur team, we were able to truly enjoy our day instead of worrying about logistics. Beyond their professionalism, the team were also genuinely fun and friendly to be around — we felt they were truly happy for us and celebrating with us. Hiring Fleur was one of the best decisions we made, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. We had high expectations of what we thought it would be, and what our wedding ended up being exceeded that 10 fold. We are still in awe. The care, attention, thought you gave to us every step of the way make the day so much better. I couldn't have imagined it without you guys there. We felt always taken care of, always looked after, always keeping our best ideas at heart and seamlessly including them to every single small detail. Candy: From the planning details for the last 14 months, you took every one of our considerations to heart but also provided all the best recommendations. Stuart as the officiant, Jimmy as the MC and his DJ, and all the stationary and Invites and design. It was just perfect. Stuart was the perfect officiant, funny yet thoughtful and caring. My parents loved the ceremony. Jimmy is probably the best MC Ive ever seen. He has an incredible amount of energy and gets everyone involved. That was the most interactive wedding I've been too. The lion LED dance...our friends are still talking about. I could go on... The small details of the how they served sushi in a clean way with drops so it wasn't messy, the velvet tablecloth, the absolutely impeccable design. Wow, Jennifer the arch, the colours, the design the room, it was all a fairytale! Still can't believe it. The amount of times all our family and friends are asking for where did we get that food, or how did you get that MC or where this or that, and the amount of praise we gave to fleur weddings as the sole contributor to all of it. The food stations were perfect, the dinner was perfect, the tiramisu cutting. Wow. Jennifer, the design was straight out of a movie. When I took the first look of the venue, I didn't believe it. Expérience fantastique: 虽然婚礼结束已经半个月了，但是感觉整个婚礼还是历历在目，意犹未尽。因为我们已经在国内举办过中式婚礼，所以我们一心想在国外弄一场自由的，我和先生还有宾客都可以参与到其中的婚礼。Fleur推荐的游园会主题婚礼完全契合我们心中的理想婚礼。我们在2023年末一听到Fleur的purposal之后马上就定下来了。一开始我们觉得游园会应该很轻松，很欢乐，没有太多需要准备的。直到我们跟VV和JJ开始讨论婚礼细节才发现比我们想象的繁琐很多。游园会婚礼除了要准备好自己在仪式上要用的东西，还要准备很多让客人参与的游戏。也因为很早定下来的缘故，我们对婚礼的安排和想法随着时间一直不停的变化。我无法想象没有VV和JJ的帮忙，我们怎么去准备这场婚礼。好在有她们很耐心地聆听我们的想法，不停地根据我们的变化设定新的方案，为我们在我们的预算里面做出最优的计划。还要特别感谢的是，我们的工作时间很晚才结束，而且经常有变动，她们都会配合我们的时间，每次开会都会到很晚。我们想要比较大气的花门，游园会要布置的摊位也比较多，我完全无法想象decor和Fleur 团队是怎么在一个早上的时间里搭出这么惊艳的婚礼现场。婚礼当天我们和客人都玩得非常开心，非常享受，对婚礼的布置和安排都很满意。感谢Fleur让我们拥有了我们真正想要的独一无二的婚礼。

Expérience fantastique: We had our wedding on September 22, and the staff at Fleur were meticulous and attentive, helping us created a perfect wedding. Especially our planner Victoria and designer Jennifer, who have communicated with us thoughtfully over the past year, getting to know our preferences. On the wedding day, they, along with the other staff, were present early and had the venue set up with no delays at all. The timing of the schedule was also very punctual. As the bride, I didn’t worry at all because I knew we had the Fleur team supporting us.

Expérience fantastique: Fleur is a fantastic wedding planning company, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be a beautiful bride on their wedding day without having to worry about the details. My wedding planner was Erin, who is a dedicated and highly capable professional. My wedding had many ups and downs, and it would have been very difficult to manage without her support. We wanted to hold a carnival-style wedding with various booths where guests could enjoy themselves. Just imagine how many booths need to be considered and how to ensure everything runs smoothly. Throughout the entire process, we didn’t have to worry about anything or contact any vendors ourselves—Erin took care of everything. We only told Erin what kind of scene and games we wanted, and every detail, from the game tickets to the prize distribution process, was meticulously managed by Fleur. Our guests said they had never attended such a fun wedding before. Fleur arranged for a magician, body painting, flower making, portrait painting, an ice cream truck, a snack stand, prize redemption, sparkler , ring toss, and a variety of delicious food. These were things we couldn't have managed on our own, and we are truly grateful to Fleur. I particularly want to mention that during this process, Erin was not just a planner but truly a friend who cared about the newlyweds and guests. On the day of the wedding, I unexpectedly started my period, and although I was uncomfortable, Fleur’s staff always had hot water ready for me, which made me feel much better. Both the bride and groom had assistants, so we didn’t have to think about what to do—Fleur guided us through everything. Guests commented that Fleur’s staff were exceptionally kind and made them feel very welcomed. Hearing this was very touching because it’s hard for the newlyweds to attend to every guest, but Fleur’s warmth made sure everyone was well taken care of. The wedding was actually delayed by a year due to visa issues, as my husband couldn’t come to Canada. We had to cancel last year, which felt like a major setback and caused a lot of stress. However, Erin helped us communicate with all the vendors in the meantime, which significantly reduced our losses. Erin’s understanding and help from Fleur are unforgettable, and I feel extremely lucky to have found such an excellent wedding planning company in North America to make our dream wedding come true.

E姐还是那个最操心的人，备婚的每一个月，看着E姐写的满满的to do list，我就像吃了定心丸那样心安. 而我每个月最大的乐趣就是来清空E姐的to do list 嘿嘿嘿. F姐是这场婚礼的魔法师. 我对整体design 和花艺的要求以及期待都很高. F姐满足了我所有的想要：垂吊感的花门，野蛮生长的藤蔓，干枯的树干, 绿油油地青苔，飘逸的烟雾树，鲑鱼色的DA玫瑰朱丽叶. Expérience fantastique: My planner Victoria and the team have worked tirelessly to make today perfect. Our relationship with her has been nothing but magical. Victoria understands every demand we make, every quirk we have, and every game reference we mention. It feels like nothing short of meeting a soulmate. Many of the details for the event - the fairy-shaped seating chart, bubble tea sign-in board, Nintendo Switch-like menu cards - are all part of her grand vision. This is then amplified by our designer Candy’s artistic vision, like those two pink trees that really elevate the dinner room and changed it to a fairyland. Throughout the process since last September, Victoria went above and beyond at every step of the way, making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. We are highly organized people ourselves and even so Victoria was a few steps ahead of us every time. Expérience fantastique: Fleur was the first vendor we selected in early 2023 when we started to plan our wedding (which took place in July 2024) – we’ve heard great things about them from friends, and many referred them as the best in Toronto. Looking back, that’s the BEST decision we’ve ever made! The wedding was magical and the best day of my life. It was way beyond our expectation and it definitely would not be possible without Fleur. Susan was our planner. Throughout the entire 1.5yr+ of planning time, Susan was always there to answer our questions (she always responds right away even at or after midnight!). She helped us select venue and all the vendors (who were all AMAZING) and facilitated all the coordination, gave us a lot of inspirations for the theme and designs, and made sure we stay on track with her detailed to-do list and to-buy list. The wedding planning process would have been a lot more stressful without her. Knowing how hard it is to plan these large events, I am sure a lot has happened during the process, but Susan and the Fleur team took care of them without us worrying. Candy was our designer. We didn’t spend that much time on the décor process other than a few meetings, but Candy got everything covered. From Trinity Chapel to Casa Loma Conservatory to Casa Loma Library, she truly surprised us!! I could not believe what I saw when I first entered each of these 3 places, it was WAY beyond our expectations. I wanted a wedding with components from Alice in Wonderland (bunnies and fairytale), Taylor Swift and Harry Potter (not knowing how to ft them all together), and Candy/Susan/Fleur team made it happen! Thank you for making my dream come true. On the wedding day, we were able to enjoy the event stress-free because the Fleur team brought 6 members to manage everything at multiple locations. I always had someone by my side – Susan, Erin, Samantha – the entire day, and they always had what I need with them, whether it’s phone, water, change shoe, dress, etc. They are also super prepared. For example, my dad’s shoe broke right before the ceremony and without Fleur (who had glue with them to fix it), it would have been a disaster. At the end of the night, they helped pack everything and also made sure to save me all the little things I’d like to keep as souvenirs (without me asking them) – they know me so well. My guests also LOVED the wedding. Many of them told us it’s the best wedding they’ve ever attended. My boss even said this is the event of the year at our team meeting the following week. Expérience fantastique: I’ve been planning events for over 19 years, Fleur is the best team I’ve ever seen. I still can’t believe it’s been a month since our wedding day, feels like I’ll see Erin, Flora, and Susan this weekend lol Fleur is the right choice if you need someone to sort out all the details and plans for your big day; if you need someone to design how your wedding looks; if you want to enjoy your big day without worrying; if you want a nice surprise to happen. I didn’t know until afterwards that my wedding was one of the most complicated ones Fleur has done. It certainly didn’t feel that way because I didn’t have to worry about anything before and on my wedding day. For someone who knows how many details, how much work a wedding can have, and how worried a bride can be, this is the best comment I can give to anyone. Do you know anyone who can make the impossible happen? I do, Fleur! 11:30pm before my wedding day, Flora convinced us to move our ceremony indoor because of the 40km/hr wind and the unpredictable thunderstorm. She asked me if I’m happy, I hesitated and said no, but it’s ok, I completely understand there are safety issues involved. She worked until after 12am and woke up at 3am to find a solution just so that we can have the outdoor ceremony we want. AND SHE HAD IT HAPPEN! Erin is my planner, my excel spreadsheet, my calendar, my autofill, and my answer book throughout the entire wedding prep. Ask her anything, she knows it all and has an answer or a solution. On my wedding day, whenever I need something or someone, Susan is always there if Erin isn’t. They made it so easy for me, it feels like I didn’t need my brain, all I did was do what they said and have fun, and the day unfolded beautifully, including the 3 surprises! Who plans 3 surprises for one wedding?! Us! Who can make it happen? Fleur!

Expérience fantastique: We hired Fleur at the end of July 2023 for our wedding in Jan 2024. Our planners were Erin and Flora (co-founders) and they were amazing. Erin was our main planner of contact for everything relating to the wedding while Flora was responsible for all things decor (furniture, plating/cutlery, florals, backdrops, centre pieces etc). Erin made our wedding dreams come true. After our initial meeting to get to know what we’re looking for, we stayed connected mainly through whatsapp. Erin would give suggestions on vendors based on our preferences and help us screen and negotiate the contracts based on our feedback. Although our contract with Fleur says their working hours is 10am-10pm, we often found Erin replying to our messages or sending us information in the middle of the night. My husband and I are very last minute people but Erin always found a way to work around our schedule even when we are “late” or caused her to be behind schedule. The weeks leading up to the wedding, we had a lot of changes with seating arrangements as some guests couldn’t make it last minute then my Maid of Honour couldn’t come. However, Erin kept us calm and helped us fixed all the problems associated with these changes. Due to the fact that we have children at our wedding who play an important role on the success of the wedding day (my 2 year old is very attached to me), Erin made sure to allocate an extra planner on the day of the wedding just to manage the baby sitters (6 planners in total). The day was a success and we were able to enjoy our day without any tantrums/holdback from the children. On the day of, planners May and Victoria took care of me throughout and helped me put on and take off my wedding dress 5+ times between 3pm-7pm so I can relax and use the washroom. They even helped me put on my slippers and carried my heels so I can comfortably get to where I need to be. They were amazing ♥️ my bridesmaids were able to enjoy themselves on our wedding day because they took on all the heavy lifting from them. They even came early the morning of to steam my wedding dress. As for our decor, Flora was the one who helped us create the decor and vibes of a fairytale elaborate wedding. Throughout the planning process, we had to change our budget multiple times but Flora would always find a way to get us the effect we wanted for a fraction of the price. The ceremony space was truly the wedding of my dreams ♥️♥️ the reception and cocktail hour space truly showed “we owned the space”. Flora had the decor team vinyl 3 large mirror space with our pre wedding and engagement photos so when we walk in the cocktail space, you know right away it’s our wedding. The decor at the reception as well truly matched up to the magical fairytale vibe we had from the ceremony, except for a “‘night mode”. Erin and Flora was worth every penny. Whoever says you need a year to plan a wedding just didn’t have a good wedding planner Fleur made it happen in 6 months and the only thing stressful about the wedding planning process was coming up with the $$$$ hahaha. Thank you Erin, Flora and the Fleur team once again ♥️♥️ You guys are the best!

The florals were better that I imagined, the backdrop was breathtaking! I loved how it really felt like a "spring garden" when you walked into the room, I loved how the center pieces looked, how you brought my vision to life with the 3 different types of center pieces, how it made the room feel natural and organic, without looking too busy. I loved how tall the arches were, especially how it filled the wall and made use of the high ceilings, which was a perfect backdrop for the lion dance performance when the lions came up on stage to kiss. Also when it came to giving out mini bouquets to the guests, that was a prefect touch! Our guests loved it! Thank you for taking the wedding of my dreams, and bringing it to life! Fleur Team - On the day, I was super grateful for the entire team to always make sure I had a plate of food at all times, and even help me with my dress changes - which put my bridesmaids out of a job! LOL, it was great, they were able to fully enjoy the entire day as well. I was also told by some guests how they admired how hard working the entire team was at all times during the wedding. We started planning our wedding in Jan 2023, which is pretty last minute considering that we plan to have the wedding in summer of 2023. Fleur helped us by creating a very detailed budget plan and made sure we stay within budget while giving us the best day of our lives. Our wedding planner Susan was full of ideas and always patient to answer any questions we have, and come up with great suggestions that made our wedding day fun and enjoyable. Our décor designer Jennifer was equally amazing, she was able to fully capture what we had in mind for the look and feel of the entire wedding, and transform that into reality in every detail. Overall the wedding was very successful and our guests had a great time. We highly recommend Fleur and couldn't have asked a better service.

She put in so much effort to fight for our interests and coordinate with all our vendors throughout the year leading up to the wedding, and then on the day of the wedding, she and a whole team of people from Fleur took care of everything behind the scenes so we could enjoy the day. We definitely didn’t make her job easy, but she managed to coordinate all of our vendors and make sure they followed through with all our special requests. They were solving problems as they came up without us even knowing, and they did so much to make sure we had exactly the day we had dreamed about. Expérience fantastique: We just had our Chinese wedding this past weekend, and we were so lucky to have Fleur Weddings. I didn’t want a very traditional all red with a Dragon and Phoenix kind of Chinese wedding, and they did not disappoint me. They are truly a very professional team, not only follow up with every minor details, and also go above and beyond. They can almost do anything for a wedding as long as you request, they make every wedding unique and special to each couple. I didn’t have to worry about anything for my wedding except showing up as a beautiful bride.

From the moment we started planning our wedding in 2019, it was clear that we were in good hands. Despite the delays we had to make due to the pandemic (4 times!!), our planner Candy took care of all the communications with vendors and ensured that the entire planning process was 100% stress-free! Even with last-minute changes where we needed a projector 1 day before the wedding for playing slides show and recordings, Candy managed to negotiate with the vendor and surprised us by arranging a projector completely free of charge (the vendor asked for $400 in the beginning). This small gesture truly showcased her commitment to making our day extra special. I also wanted to give a shout out to our wedding decor designer Jennifer. She took the time to listen to our preferences and came up with stunning floral design that exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better designer. On the day of the wedding, Candy and her coworkers ensured that every aspect of the event went smoothly. Our guests were blown away by the beautiful decorations and atmosphere created by Fleur. Expérience fantastique: The BEST thing we did for our wedding was hiring Fleur. May was our main wedding planner and she was absolutely amazing throughout the whole planning process from the get go. From suggesting venues that fit the theme I had in mind, to connecting with the vendors, providing ideas, setting up all meetings and figuring out all the logistics. She's quick to get back to me and always had an answer or suggestion to any question I had. Jennifer was our main designer and OMG I cannot believe how beautiful the décor turned out. From the beginning, I told her I'm not big on flowers so it was pretty tricky to find that nice balance of just enough floral. But she did such an incredible job with my minimal input. The details and overall aesthetic was beyond what I could've expected! Everyone couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful the flowers and décor was and I am still in awe ^_^ Our wedding day was so flawless that I can't even imagine how it would've turned out without the Fleur team's help. They kept us on schedule throughout the day, had great communication, and acted like true professionals. Expérience fantastique: I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Fleur. From the very beginning of 2020, they were excellent communicators and made the entire wedding planning process seamless. Even though my partner and I were planning our wedding from a long distance (between Toronto and LA), they were able to work with us virtually and made us feel like we were right there with them every step of the way. When the pandemic hit, we were forced to change our wedding venue not once, not twice, but three times. Despite the challenges, my dear Erin remained positive and reassuring, and they always found a solution that met our needs. Their attention to detail and ability to anticipate and address potential issues were truly impressive. On our wedding day in LA, we had crazy rain since the morning, and I was worried that it would be too heavy for us to play with the sparkler. Our wedding planner Erin listened to my concern and kept that in mind throughout the day. During the wedding, she went outdoors every 15 minutes to check if it was possible to go out and play with the sparkler. That was very thoughtful of her, and I was very grateful that she went above and beyond to ensure we could have the desired experience. Thank god the rain stopped on schedule, and we could play with the sparkler as planned. Erin's dedication and attention to detail made the difference and allowed us to have the wedding we envisioned. I also want to give a special shoutout to Flora and Rose, who were excellent helpers throughout the day. They made sure everyone was having a great time and enjoying the wedding to the fullest. Rose helped me coordinate vendors, provide recommendations and make everything come to life. Flora is a super talented designer who took our ideas and inspiration into something mindblowingly beautiful for our guests. They were able to tranform a dated chinese restaurant into a beautiful venue. You could not even recognize what the restaurant looked like before. We wanted our wedding to feel true to us and not conform to traditional wedding-y things just because 'it's how it's supposed to be or how it usually is'. They delivered on our non-typical ideas while making the day go so smoothly. If there were any hiccups, we didn't even know about them. Victoria非常给力的帮我解决了!!! 我们两个其实对婚礼没有太多的想法,就是想要一个简单舒服的小婚礼. 给了一个大概的方向, Candy从来没拒绝过任何的要求,都是说可以做然后再加上她的想法去让整个设计变得更特别和漂亮.出来的效果也是特别的美,温馨还有独一无二. 对我来说,Fleur给我最重要的是省心!我们两个其实在设计和流程上没花很多的时间,中间会有点焦虑,但其实真的就是Fleur有足够的经验和能力去达到你想要的效果. 因为没经验也不了解, 领证仪式流程都会很仔细的带着我们做. 在定摄影, 化妆, 蛋糕也给了非常好的建议, 定下了很理想的团队! 婚礼当天, 婚礼的布置真的很迅速, 准备的东西也非常的超乎我想象. 我没想到的东西他们都准备好然后都用上了! 我们两个就真的很轻松舒服的跟着流程走然后花时间跟宾客交流. Expérience fantastique: We originally hired Fleur Wedding in 2020 for our wedding in September 2021. May was our main wedding planner and Jennifer handled our décor. I cannot say how grateful we are to the team and how stress-free we are along the process and most importantly, during the day! Due to covid occupancy limitations we had to delay our wedding for a year. May ensured that whatever we booked were able to be delayed due to covid so we don't lose any of our deposits whatsoever. She was able to handle everything from beginning to the end. She has always been super responsive. We aren't too familiar with how everything works and May was there to guide us all the time, step by step. For all our needs like decor, vendors (we wanted bubble tea station and she was able to find multiple options very quickly), and certain customizations, she was always able to advise and adapt accordingly. Most importantly, during the day of the wedding, May and the rest of the fleur team were able to manage the time so well, and knew exactly where everything is and should be. They were able to take care of my wife so well and always making sure she is having a good time and has everything she needed. My wife was so pampered that day and there is nothing better than hearing how happy she was during the day and how perfect she felt the day went because of how well May's team has taken care of us. 100% recommend Fleur Wedding to plan for your wedding!! Expérience fantastique: Fleur团队真的是一个超级棒的团队。 我们是2019年定的Fleur，本来应该是2020年办的，但是因为疫情推到了2021年再推到2022年。Erin作为我们的planner中间一直为我们和其他vendor沟通，修改方案，尽心尽力为我们提供最好的服务。 在婚礼的前一天，我们遇到了突发状况差点办不成婚礼，所有的安排都打乱掉了，在我奔溃的时候，Erin冷静的帮助我们分析状况想办法，给予我很大的精神支柱。 最后在Erin和朋友的支撑下，我们终于在半夜基本敲定了第二天的安排，一天时间改变了很多的安排，但也做到了。 可以说，不论发生什么事情，有Erin在就是吃了一颗大大的定心丸，什么都不用担心的。 婚礼当天的布置也非常饱满，又仙又自然。特别是内场，比我想象中的好看很多。即使是polk的照相技术，都没有办法完全展现出场景的美。非常感谢Flora的付出，还帮我们吹泡泡和放烟雾弹，哈哈。最后更贴心的是结束前Flora有帮忙把布置的鲜花都包成好看的一束一束送给宾客。 Erin在当天也一直在掐时间安排，各个环节都走得很顺利，宾客也都玩得非常的开心，气氛特别好。 也要感谢Erin帮我定的主持人Tyrone，化妆师Chen Chen，牧师老爷爷，摄影polk团队，请柬设计师珏子，还有手绘插画师Reena。 我感觉我其实是个挺事儿也挺挑剔的人，但尽管这样，Fleur团队的服务也是让我无法挑剔的。他们尽可能满足我们的一切合理不合理的要求，尽可能完美的达到我们想要的效果。 非常幸运我们从一开始就选择了Fleur。

Expérience fantastique: Fleur Wedding team helped us to host an memorable wedding! I was a bit worried at first because we only contacted them 2 months before our wedding day. We had a 2 hours initial consultation with May to discuss our preferences and ideas. May explained to us things that we would need to consider and helped us to estimate our cost. May started right away to book venues for on site visit and she made sure we find a perfect one. The rest came naturally after we chose the venue. I would say May is a very professional planner, she is an organized person and would plan everything ahead. Most importantly, May and Erin took well care of me on my wedding day and made sure every details are adhered to. Overall, I would highly recommend Fleur Wedding Teams ( especially May and Erin) to any of my friends and anyone looking for professional wedding planning.
