They took our vision and executed it perfectly, setting up the entire space with precision and artistry so that when we walked in, it felt like stepping into a dream. They quite literally picked up everything and made sure every corner looked intentional and beautiful. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. They are professional, organized, creative, kind, and absolutely tireless in their work. Without them, I don’t think our day would have been half as magical as it was. They are 10/10 the very best at what they do, and any couple would be lucky to have them by their side.

My husband was skeptical about needing a Day of Coordinator but turned around and heartily accepted an "I told you so" the second we met Elena. She helped us tailor an itinerary, reviewed our contracts in detail, responded quickly to our emails, and wrangled a large wedding party at our rehearsal and wedding day with ease. During the planning, she was always responsive to emails/ texts/ calls, gave me recommendations for vendors, and went above and beyond attending a couple of my final vendor meetings, even though she didn’t have to. Expérience fantastique: I had my son's Bar Mitzvah at Terrace Banquet Centre, and for all Bar Mitzvah services, I put my trust in Elena and her team. From entertainment, lighting, photography and videography, everyone was on point. They were all very professional and were on time for everything. I went all out with my son's Bar Mitzvah and had the best of the best entertainment package with lighting, a giant lit LOVE letters, led cocktail tables, and a led robot show for my son and his friends to dance.

My guest loved the photo booth that we added to the Bar Mitzvah as well; that was a big hit! Also, the added centrepiece spotlights on each table looked great in photos. (The lighting on the flowers makes them shine and stand out.)

My fiancé and I did lots of leg work and most of our vendors had been found by the time I came across Elena. We needed day-of/month-of-coordination. We live in Western Canada but will be getting married in Toronto in 2021. From our first call Elena and I clicked. She was so easy to talk to, very detailed about her service offerings and understood that as a new bride to be, I was nervous about how my wedding day would actually unfold.
