Expérience fantastique: My husband and I got married earlier this December. From the moment we started working together about a month before the wedding, Amanda was truly incredible. Hiring Pretty Plans as our month-of/day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Amanda thought of everything before I even had the chance to worry, and she completely took all the stress off my shoulders. She took over emailing all the vendors and coordinating final details. She was consistently responsive, incredibly thorough, and so calming during a time that can feel overwhelming. On the wedding day, we were lucky to have both Amanda and Niamh taking care of us. Both of them seamlessly took over all of the final details — coordinating vendors, managing setup, keeping everyone on schedule — all with such confidence and care. Because of them, my mom was actually able to relax and enjoy the day instead of stressing, which means more to me than I can put into words. Both Amanda and Niamh executed my vision for the reception space perfectly. Walking into our cozy winter wonderland felt surreal — it was exactly how I imagined it, and even better. Beyond their professionalism, Amanda and Niamh were also my biggest hype girls and cheerleaders, constantly reassuring me and keeping the energy positive and joyful (aka repeating silly or funny phrases to keep me from getting emotional and ruining my makeup). I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding day without Amanda. She was such a huge part of why the day felt smooth, joyful, and truly magical. I am endlessly grateful for her, and her team, and would recommend her to any couple looking for someone who will care just as deeply about their wedding as they do. WE LOVE YOU GUYS!

Expérience fantastique: Working with Pretty Plans for month-of-coordination for our Casa Loma wedding was absolutely one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. From the outset, Charlie was so friendly, responsive and flexible. When certain vendors wanted timeline information from us as a pre-requisite to signing a contract, Charlie was available to hop on the phone and put together a rough timeline in around 20 minutes, despite being over a year out from our actual wedding date. When Amanda stepped in as our lead planner for the big day, I knew we would be in great hands. She is so kind, extremely organized, has a great memory and left us with the utmost confidence that she would execute everything to a T. She would automatically remember things we talked about in previous calls and we so appreciated that she would meet with us in the evenings to accommodate our work schedules. She’s very detail-oriented and made us feel that no stone was left unturned regarding how the day was going to go. The actual wedding day went so smoothly, we got so many compliments on how smooth and seamless it was for our families and guests. This is a testament to Amanda, Sabrina and Nicole’s hard work and skill! They made us feel so special and were super attentive on the big day, bringing us chairs when we got tired, carrying around my shawl (it was a cold day!) and making sure all our special moments went off without a hitch. Amanda also took some videos, including one of my grandfather dancing-an unforgettable memory which wouldn’t otherwise have been captured as we didn’t have a videographer. I would highly recommend Pretty Plans to any couples who are in the process of planning a wedding. Every penny is worth it for the peace of mind that Charlie, Amanda, Sabrina and Nicole gave us from start to finish!!! Expérience fantastique: We worked with Charlie, Sabrina, Niamh, and Nicole to make our dream of a Sunday brunch wedding come to life. It's not an exaggeration to say that the team saved us time, money, and stress that far exceeds what we paid! We initially hired Pretty Plans for day-of coordination, and tacked on some content creation elements last minute. Even though they weren't full time planners, they responded quickly with recommendations any time we asked for a vendor suggestion. They were so excited to work with us to bring our creative ideas to life, and never balked when we wanted to do things a little differently, from the day's schedule to the gift registry. They completely understood the vision and worked tirelessly to make it happen. The team officially kicked in two months before the wedding and took over all of the vendor handling, contract reviewing, and wrangling, while ensuring we hadn't missed anything in the planning lead up. Charlie even caught an error we had made in a contract with a vendor and brought a great solution to us before we discovered something was wrong, saving us money and sanity. On the day of the wedding, neither of us had to worry about a single thing - every issue (if there even was one - we still wouldn't know) was managed by Sabrina and Niamh, leaving us free to enjoy the wedding of dreams. We would highly, highly recommend working with this team for any future event, but especially a wedding. We can't say enough about them!

Expérience fantastique: Hiring the Pretty Plans team is without a doubt the best decision I made in regards to my entire wedding. I can't imagine it having gone any more perfect without Charlie and team at the helm. We went with the Month-of Coordination package as I had already spent two years researching and selecting vendors and putting together a vision of the day. Amanda was our lead coordinator and she immediately understood what we were striving for. I completely underestimated how many little details there were to keep track of and how many outside vendors were involved and all the communication that needed to happen by certain points. I was on the brink of being overwhelmed and she was the life line. She quickly synthesized all of the information we threw at her into a detailed executional plan and then kept that plan on track. When my vendors asked questions, she had the answer before I did. When I was having decision paralysis she helped me make the right choices. When I was trying to corral our bridal party, she had them walking in a straight line. She suggested adjustments and made recommendations without being overbearing and her contributions truly made it perfect. Thanks to them I was able to be present and actually enjoy every second of the day. I have an amazing life-partner (now husband), but Amanda was the best wedding-planning partner I could have asked for. If I was given the option to marry her on that day, I just might have. Seriously, if you're planning a wedding, hire these ladies. It's worth every $.

We had a two year long engagement and she was with us through every step. Expérience fantastique: Can not say enough wonderful things about these women!!! Charlie was a life saver in the few months leading up to the wedding, ensuring we had every detail covered. Without her guidance I would have for sure missed something. We had the pleasure of having Nicole and Randi on the day of, Randi set up the venue beautifully. Better than my vision. Nicole stayed with us all day and made sure we kept on track. We had some rain following our ceremony and Nicole seamlessly moved our cocktail hour indoors. Any little hiccups from the rain were handled perfectly without my involvement. If you’re debating a coordinator/planner do it, and you can not go wrong trusting these women with your day.

We had Charlie as our month of coordinator and as many know, most of the small details come together in the final month. Planning a wedding can be daunting and Charlie immediately made us feel at ease breaking things down, giving us weekly goals and providing guidance and honest advice along the way. Charlie kept us on target, gave us amazing recommendations, and most of all - kept us calm through all the madness. We did the mid level plan which gave us a bit more handholding. Definitely a huge help and worth the money if you have the budget - or, like me, don’t have a creative bone in your body and need help bringing a wedding look and feel to life. The day of support was also key! I have been recommending this to every engaged person I know. It was a priority for us and our friends and family to relax and enjoy the time together. She was amazing to work with from beginning to end and was very detail-oriented and organized. I am an organized person myself, so it was reassuring to see the effort put in to planning our day. My husband and I still tell people how great Charlie was, and how we couldn’t have enjoyed the day without her. We hired Pretty Plans for the month of planning but had I wanted to take a more hands off approach I would have loved to have hire her to plan the whole thing! From day one when we spoke to Charlie, she was super organized, easy to talk to, and kept it straight to the point. We planned a Hindu wedding, and it was great that Charlie was already familiar with some of our customs and traditions. We were super surprised when Charlie reached out to us during the lockdown to just check in on us and see how our planning was going. She even took the time to meet with us and give us some advice as to what we could do next while we waited out the covid situation. Leading up to the wedding, we couldn’t have done it without Charlie. She was on top of everything, and was in touch with all our vendors and gave them all the details so they were ready for the day. I don’t know how much time she saved us. We were super busy with pre-wedding activities and she was communicating with our vendors to finalize everything. She even sorted out catering additions to our rentals, which we found out last minute! On the day of the wedding, I felt like Charlie had everything handled. I remember meeting her as soon as I got to the venue, and when I got to the bridal suite she had my flowers with my dad’s charm already tied to the bouquet ready for me. It was those little things that she didn’t forget that made my day. If you’re reading this, wondering if you should hire Pretty Plans, I’m telling you, you should and you will be very happy choosing Charlie and Pretty Plans. It was stressful enough to make big decisions when selecting vendors and it was another trying to plan the wedding during the ebbs and flows of the pandemic. The team was on it, they were incredibly responsive both to us and to the vendors we were dealing with to make sure we had everything we wanted for our big day. On the day of our wedding Randi and Nicole were absolutely INCREDIBLE the whole day, they were literally the glue keeping the day together. The ceremony space and our reception space looked STUNNING, and exactly how we envisioned it all coming together. Our family and bridal party had nothing but good things to say about Randi and Nicole and loved how they were keeping everything on track and going smoothly. We received a lot of compliments on how beautiful everything looked, we honestly could not have been happier. A few weeks before the wedding I remember having a mini meltdown and just saying I don't know how people try to plan such a big day without professionals by their side, they work so hard to bring it all together, it is worth every penny. Having you guys help plan and coordinate the wedding was the best decision we could have made :)

Starting 3 months out Charlie would have weekly meetings with us and give us our to-do lists. Due to our time constraint we didn't have many options and had to make quick decisions, luckily for us, this is not Charlies first rodeo and her connections within the industry helped make our day come together. On the day of the wedding she killed it. Made our dream wedding come to light, everything was exactly how my wife and I envisioned.
